Fast and friendly service! I got the Candy Apple and it was a little messy so I appreciate them dropping it in a larger cup for me! It really did taste like a sour green apple and carmel!

The $10 açaí bowl is incredibly underwhelming. Kids love the shaved ice tho. If you get the gummy bear one and leave it in the freezer they swell up huge for some reason. Like 4x the normal size.

This used to be my go to location for a sugar free treat. For the second time I 've waited 15 minutes for a melted mess that was not the thin ice. As a diabetic getting what is essentially sugar water could land me in the hospital. Do better.

Ngl some people posting 1 stars on this place seem kind of unhinged. Sure, it's a snowcone shack run by teenagers. There is a bit of a wait, but the snowcones were spot on especially with the hot weather we have been having. Just have a little patience and appreciate that there are young workers getting some real world experience.

Don’t waste your time or money here. They would not honor punch card earned in past now that they moved to an app to earn discounts. Also, would not take my gift card as payment. Some excuse was given about the Costco purchased gift cards not working. The service was terrible. Huge long line of cars in the drive thru and not attending to walk up window customers as quickly. My family and I used to love this place and went often however, the last two times have been a dud. We?ve been twice in the past 3-4 weeks and both times there was literally NO syrup. We paid $8 for two small sno cones and when we left the drive thru, I realize only the top inch of the ice actually had syrup, the rest was just straight ice. Really wouldn?t like to pay $8 for just ice with no syrup so I suggest you go elsewhere.

It's been unbearably hot in TX over the last few weeks, so I had to swing through the drive-thru for a refreshment. I ordered the watermelon mango sunrise, which is marketed to be a smoothie that's made with real fruit and yogurt. Based on the mild fruit flavor I got out of the smoothie idk how true that is, which is where the 3/5 rate comes in. The fact that watermelon season runs approx May-Sept the fact I've never had a flavorless mango I was hoping it'd have a strong watermelon and mango taste. Instead you get very mild hints of mango (nothing of watermelon) lots of an after taste that I can't describe, but likely comes from whatever yogurt is being used. My daughter and I were there on a hot Sunday afternoon. The car line looked like Chick-Fil-A. There were a few walk-ups as well. I counted five people working inside. After ten minutes of no movement whatsoever, we debated leaving but realized we were trapped. After twenty minutes, we had only moved two spots and were still unable to get out. More cars were joining the line and a few more people walked up. The walk-ups seemed to be served much faster than the cars. It was becoming obvious people waiting in the car line were getting impatient. After 30 minutes, my car was beginning to overheat.
