The atmosphere at the Bamboo House is fantastic. It's a local spot with a vibrant buzz, and the staff is attentive and wonderful. The sushi was exceptional, and they offered a great selection of beer and wine. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

Don't let the exterior of the building deceive you—it's a hidden gem! The servers are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The food is outstanding! It’s the best Pad Thai I've had in years. You must stop by and experience it for yourself! Update: I've tried four different places that serve Pad Thai, and none compare to Bamboo House. It remains the most delicious food I've ever had!

Our server today was fantastic. We mentioned to the manager that our egg rolls were overcooked and had an odd, chemical taste. The manager responded by insisting there was nothing wrong with them. Then she claimed she was going above and beyond by removing the charge from our bill, which she normally wouldn’t do. We told her to keep it on our bill, as we were simply trying to inform them about the food’s taste issue. This manager seems ill-suited for her role, as she clearly lacks an understanding of customer service.

I went there months ago for lunch with my husband and the food was good but the waiter was definitely an issue. He was super friendly and nice, no problems with that but he took forever to even take our orders. He stood around chatting to other staff and customers, forgot most of our food. I'm pretty sure he forgot to even put in our order because we sat there for 40 mins without even being served our appetizers. Most customers that came in way after us, that were served by other waiters, go their food, finished and left before we were even served our starters.
