"The food is ok but their service is terrible. We got there at 7:30 pm and were eating our dinner as fast as we could because we knew they closed at 8 pm. At 8:00 pm on the dot we were literally kicked out and we had to basically gulp our soup. They were rude about it and they could’ve waited on us to finish our dinner. I do not recommend this place as they clearly could care less about their customers. Never ever going back to a place that treated us so poorly."

B10's Bulgogi Beef and Sweet Cheese Blueberry did not disappoint. The sweet, tender beef paired with a fresh roll was impressive, and the Sweet Cheese Blueberry pastry was honestly one of the best I've ever had in my life.

The sandwiches have an excellent balance of filling to bread and are full of flavor. I think they bake their own baguettes, and the fresh bread provides a delightful crunch. The place is also very clean. I will definitely come back!

Stopped in by chance for lunch and it was delicious probably one of the better lunches I've had since moving here. We had the pork banh mi sandwich, chicken pho, a gluten-free dessert and the chocolate cheesecake dessert. Everything was excellent Will definitely come back.

This was absolutely fantastic! My Vietnamese coffee was perfectly light and sweet, and truly amazing! The Mangonada was delicious. The sandwiches, particularly the B10 Bulgogi Beef and B9 Banh Mi Meatballs (Xiu Mai), toasted to perfection, were incredible. We will definitely be coming back. Everything was so fresh!
