"I believe Banthai Express has quickly become my favorite local Thai restaurant in southwest Austin. Some Thai friends recommended this food truck, praising the quality of all their dishes. I've visited multiple times and tried a range of options, all of which I've thoroughly enjoyed. Each time, the food is fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. Ordering is easy, whether online or at the counter. The menu offers a diverse selection with something to please everyone in the family. One aspect I particularly appreciate about Banthai is that the dishes intended to be spicy truly have a kick. Many Thai restaurants in the U.S. seem to cater to those who may want spicy food but aren't fond of actual heat, leaving us spice lovers disappointed."

For me, this place truly captures authentic Thai flavors. I stopped by last weekend and tried some dishes. They were so delicious that I ate them too quickly to take a photo!

Delicious! We had the pork pad see ew and the chicken pad Thai and both were great. We also enjoyed the Thai iced tea with milk. Loved that there was a little garden made out of an urban corner! We spent about $13 each for entree and drink. Visualizza piatti

The food and service are excellent, but they don't always have everything available on the menu. If you're not allergic to anything, just close your eyes and choose a dish—you won't be disappointed! I particularly love the N7 and the egg rolls.

Banthai saved our Christmas! When our Christmas Eve dinner plans fell through, we thought we may not be able to find a last minute dinner solution. Banthai not only took our late order, but when we came to pick it up they gave us free Thai iced teas in the spirit of Christmas. I was so blown away by this, they really saved our night and made it even more special. The food is delicious, there's a big menu to explore, and the people that work here are always friendly and helpful. I'd love more veggies and the curries, but that's not a critique enough to take out a star. Overall an awesome food truck run by awesome people!
