"It has been a few years since we dined at Admiral Risty, and since the announcement of their closing, we decided it was time to go one last time and it did not fail us then and this time around! The place was packed as expected but we were seated almost immediately and once at our table it was not very long before our waiter was serving our needs. We had ordered appetizers, soup and salad and all were great! Between our entree's of flank steak and sea bass were cooked to perfection. Going to miss Admiral Risty!"

"Greatly enjoyed the entire experience. Our server Johnathan was wonderful. He made excellent suggestions from drinks to dessert and everything in between. The special Crab cake Sandwich was delicious. The onion rings were amazing. The Trump Tower dessert was fantastic. Everyone remarked on how well prepared and well presented every dish was. A beautiful setting with a world-class ocean view. We will return as often as we can to experience the other dining options."

"Not bad if you don’t mind spending good money to sit in cushions repaired with black tape. The pastas and flatbread are good, but don’t order the entrees. They’re not reliable and don’t show the attention to detail required at this price point. For instance, the pork Milanese I just had (really more like pork picatta) was tough and fairly tasteless, like the pork you’d buy at a supermarket, not a restaurant of this reputation. Food: 3"

"My food tasted very, very mid... Actually, make that slightly better than mid . Before I dive into my statement above, the one positive from my experience dining there, the service was good. Our server managed to keep our party of 10 or so people together, they were able to accommodate the various substitutions several people in my party had, they were able to successfully manage a wrong order, and they would frequently go around, ask us how we were doing, and fill our waters. No complaints there, the staff were wonderful. They 're the reason why I 'm not rating my review lower than 3 stars. With that being said, I ordered a Bacon Chipotle Chicken sandwich. I like my food with bold flavors, and so that specific sandwich appealed to me since chipotle is a pretty strong and bold flavor already. When I got the sandwich, I took a bite out of it, and the first taste that hit me was the nuttiness of the whole wheat buns. Took another bite out of it, I got just a little bit of the pepperiness and savoriness from the bacon. Took a 3rd bite out of it, same flavor profile as my first two bites. Took a 4th bite out of it, I get absolutely nothing else. The sandwich was so bland, the bread was the most flavorful thing on that sandwich. In addition, the chicken patty, on top of being a bit overcooked and rubbery, had absolutely zero seasoning. I tasted absolutely no chipotle seasoning or sauce on that chicken, not even black pepper. I had to douse the chicken in hot sauce (tapatío, if I remember correctly) just to taste something other the taste of wheat bread. This was not a chipotle chicken sandwich, it was more like a tapatío and bread sandwich. At a price point of almost $17, I 'm pretty sure I can make a much more flavorful bacon chipotle chicken sandwich at home for a fraction of that price. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing. I seem to get the impression reading these reviews that the breakfast items tend to be a bit better, so maybe I should come back and try something else. At the same time, especially after eating something so bland, I don 't think I have much of an excuse to do so."

"Authentic tasting Mexican food with plenty of vegan options. I had enchiladas with Verde sauce. I wasn?t sure which ones to get so I tried one potato chorizo enchilada and two cheese (yes, all vegan). The Verde sauce was delicious as were all of theenchiladas. Refried beans cilantro rice and a crunchy little salad made of lettuce and green onions and delicious guacamole ontop. The salsa was excellent and as usual, they were accommodating and friendly. There are not that many mom and pop restaurantsaround these days. Please give them a try, you won?t regret it."
