Same as it ever was. Getting slowly worse as it becomes more and more corporate. You know what I mean. The drive thrus, the order times, the lower quality product... Etc.

Every time we order a banana split, they never have it available. Why offer something you can’t actually prepare? We won’t be returning. I went to pick up a polar pizza for my daughters birthday. When I got to the store it said $16.99 on the box. At checkout it was $26, I questioned the $10 difference and the worker said that’s what it rang up for. I understand prices have increased but the store needs to do a better job writing the new prices on their items.

Couldnt put banana in one shake because they have to make 2 at a time only?? So IF I wanted 1 vanilla shake and 1 chocolate how does that logic play out?Wouldnt elaborate on flavors when menu lacked detail. Crew working today needs some MAJOR work, coming from a long time restaurant worker. no hot fudge on sundae and staff CLEARLY doesnt care about their jobs. The owner needs to hold crew accountable.

I always go to this place for my favorite drink, where I live I have one on the corner of my house, but I stopped going because all the time it had a different flavor, they didn't do it the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I changed locations I don't mind going any further but the taste was always the same today I had to try my favorite drink and it tastes horrible the taste is not from a blass cappuccino this location was my favorite batavia ?. Unexpectedly poor variety of ice cream. It seems like the owner is obsessed with chocolate ice cream and doesn't want to sell anything except it. I found only one refreshing flavor, all others included chocolate in a way chocolate chips, crumbles, several similar chocolate flavors with different names (what the hell? . Baskin Robbins is famous for a variety of ice creams, when you want to try all of them at once. Not the case for this shop. Disappointed and never return.

I had a terrible experience picking up a birthday cake. We ordered a Ghost cake with the order code H119. I have a picture of what it was supposed to look like, along with the handwritten notes they took when we placed the order. The final product I received was completely different. I can't believe how far off it was from the catalog image! The staff in the store were of no assistance, and I regret picking it up the day before I actually needed it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. It's hard to understand how anyone involved in making or checking the cake could have let this happen.

Avoid this place for a birthday cake. Awful experience I ordered a bday cake that was suppose to look like the first picture. What I got was a ball/glob call a ghost. The people at the store were nice but useless. I have to question how this would be a mistake. The person making it and their manager had to know so I consider this done on purpose. Perhaps they couldn't do the original cake or just want to cheat the customer. Regardless avoid this place. As noted earlier the workers at the store were nice but have zero authority to do anything and they certainly couldn't fix this themselves.
