The staff tends to be quite laid-back, and their friendliness towards customers leaves something to be desired. While the ice cream is enjoyable, the overall atmosphere of the place is lacking.

Love LOVE LOVE LOVE their Watermellon Swirl Sorbet!!! Also I love the 'Icing on the cake ' ice cream as well!! The employees are always so nice and I 've barely ever had to wait in line at this location!! Thanks guys, you 're doing a great job!

I took my daughter there for a birthday Sunday, and the woman who made the cakes was incredibly sweet and kind to her. There’s a small area for kids to color, and she took the time to chat with my daughter, making her feel truly special. We will definitely be coming back! Visualizza piatti

I want to commend the staff for their outstanding customer service. Despite being incredibly busy with delivery orders and a long line of customers, they handled everything impressively with just three people serving. I was greeted right away with a friendly smile, which I really appreciate as a customer entering a bustling place. While I waited, they worked efficiently and quickly, ensuring that every customer left happy with their order, myself included. Although they had run out of a few flavors, which is understandable at the end of a hectic day, it didn't take away from the experience. Thank you for your excellent service and the delicious ice cream—it was definitely worth the wait.

Walked into this location to three girls working . Not one of the girls looked up to greet us. There was two other people in line and one of the girls was helping them but the other two girls never even made eye contact. Finally after 10 min one if the girls said can you help them. The girl was not wanting to at all and walked over to counter and said what did you want . We ordered and all the while the girl was annoyed. She gave us our ice-cream and it was so sloppy done. When we left not one word was said by any of the girls. These girls need customer service training for sure! I’m not sure who manages this location, but they definitely need to find a new cake decorator. I ordered a polar bear ice cream cake and specifically asked if they could make the ears look a bit more pointed, like a dog’s ears. I told them it was no problem if they couldn’t accommodate my request. When I went to pick up my order a week later, I was left speechless when the lady opened the cake to reveal a poorly drawn stick dog in black frosting! It seemed like the decorator thought I would prefer that over my original request, or perhaps they just forgot and threw that together at the last minute. To me, it was a complete joke.
