We come to this restaurant often throughout the year. The ice cream is delightful, and the staff is always friendly!

Around 8 PM, I took my family of four out for ice cream. We all had a hard time deciding, but the staff was incredibly patient with us. They made us feel welcome the entire time, even when we asked to sample multiple flavors!

I had a birthday scoop and the manager refused to give it to me, I redeemed the coupon and showed them but they made me go back and I could no longer access it as it was redeemed. Never coming back here terrible customer service. Visualizza piatti

The red head employee who I’m assuming is a manager is a Karen. She’s also seems to think her position is security/law enforcement first and maybe customer service 2nd or 3rd. I could go on but I’ll just leave it at that. Cant stand her.

Amazing customer service. We were immediately greeted when we entered the establishment. It was a real friendly and welcoming experience. Will gladly bring my family back again. You can tell the store is ran with care and compassion. And amazing ice cream too

I would give this place zero stars if possible. It's absolutely intolerable! I tried to call because my sister, who is in a wheelchair, couldn't get in. The woman on the phone was extremely rude; she cursed at me when I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear. She even called me names. This is unacceptable, and I will never return to Baskin Robbins because of this employee. I've also heard from others that she threatened them by trying to run them over with her car.

It seems I'm not alone in my experience, as others have mentioned similar issues. The staff member acted like she was enforcing rules that don't really exist. I went to pick up my order at 1:30 PM, and the entire strip mall was empty. I parked past the no parking zone with my hazard lights on, clearly outside the restricted area. I was in and out of the store in just 10 seconds. However, as I was leaving, an employee confronted me, insisting that I needed to park in a designated spot. When I questioned why it mattered, she made a big fuss over it. It felt like she was abusing her authority unnecessarily, as I hadn't broken any laws. I would appreciate it if she'd stick to her own role.

I attempted to place a call-ahead order because I am unable to go into the store due to my cancer treatment. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude, referring to me in derogatory terms and suggesting I call a gym instead. I am deeply upset by this experience and will not be returning to any Baskin-Robbins in the future. I had simply wanted to order a celebration cake to commemorate finishing my second round of chemotherapy, but this woman ruined that special moment for me. I am beyond disappointed and sad that such an important day was tainted. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure a similar experience, and I urge others to think twice before placing a call-ahead or... Visualizza piatti
