I really enjoy Dunkin and visit quite often. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I've never encountered any problems here, and I will definitely continue to return!

AMAZING! The place is very clean, well-organized, and the customer service is fantastic! It's crazy that I've lived in the area and just discovered this Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins. I will definitely be returning!

I called the restaurant and was informed that they would be closing in 10 minutes. Since I was nearby, I arrived just 4 minutes after that call, but they refused to let me in. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

This particular branch does not permit customers to choose more than one flavor of ice cream. When I asked why, the response was simply, "I don’t know... we just don’t." The customer service was disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

I often visit the ice cream shop located inside my favorite coffee place, Dunkin' Donuts, and it's amazing to experience the best of both worlds! My experience was disappointing. The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a long wait despite only having two people ahead of me. When the server finally attended to me, she placed my waffle cone for the ice cream directly on the counter, which I found to be quite unhygienic. Additionally, my companion ordered a bowl of ice cream, but there were no spoons available.

I visited the restaurant at 4 PM, but the inside was closed. To make matters worse, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and spilling into the street since the dining area wasn't open. I ordered a two-scoop sundae with caramel, nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry, but they charged me an additional $0.99 for just one cherry. To top it off, my sundae didn’t have any caramel on it. The line was too long for me to go back and sort it out. When I finally reached the window, I asked the cashier to repeat my order, and it was still incorrect.

They only get 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars! Everytime I come to this location it's always something. They either refuse to serve my boyfreind and I(regardless of the fact that we were first in line) or they have an excuse as to why they can't put our order in. Tonight was the last straw, it clearly says that the place is open until 12am! We showed up at 9:30, and they refused to serve us! The excuse was that they were closed, but it says on the website that it closes at 12 am and if you look up other locations in the area there site say 10pm.
