This place shares it's space with Dunkin Donuts. Not much variety in favors but they do change it up when they add new flavors. Tried their totally wrapped milkshake and it was delicious. Friendly and speed service despite their being a queue which is not that often.

Baskin Robbins is my favorite I've cream. I ordered ice cream and didn't learn to well after all places were closed that they ran out of most of our order. A total disappointment. They should know what is in their inventory when they take the order just like other places

I visit Dunkin' Donuts frequently, but this location has the worst staff I've ever encountered. They're very rude and seem to rush you out of the restaurant. I won't be returning to this place. The Dunkin' Donuts on 59 near the car wash is much friendlier. I really dislike this location.

I tried their completely wrapped milkshake, and it was delicious. The service was friendly and fast, although they are not very busy most of the time.

This busy Baskin Robbins made time for me and my very specific cake request. Manager Silvia offered to do it by phone but I decided to go in. Silvia worked with me and explained just what could be done for my daughter's cake, including her particular special requests. Silvia's patience, understanding, and good nature helped me feel confident enough to ask for the special things. I'm certain the cake master will fulfill our dreams and make it just right. While I was there, I noticed the other employees giving the same high level of service.

This vibrant Baskin Robbins took the time to accommodate my very special cake request. Manager Silvia initially offered to assist me over the phone, but I chose to visit in person. She patiently worked with me, explaining the possibilities for my daughter's cake and addressing her special wishes. Silvia's understanding and cheerful demeanor gave me the confidence to ask for the specific details I wanted. I have no doubt that the cake artist will bring our vision to life perfectly. During my visit, I also observed that the other staff members provide the same exceptional level of service.

This is easily the worst Baskin Robbins franchise I've ever encountered, whether in Rockland, Westchester, northern NJ, or NYC. The staff is not only clueless but also rude. It seems like the owner introduces a new absurd rule every time I visit. First, they insisted on accepting coupons only with an additional purchase that wasn't discounted—a rule no other location enforces. Then, they refused to allow multiple T Mobile Tuesday coupons in a single transaction, unlike other locations. They also wouldn't scan printed T Mobile Tuesday coupons, insisting on using the app instead, which is frustrating for those with older phones that can't handle it.
