"I ordered a Southwest veggie wrap at 9:10 PM and picked it up at 9:30 PM. When I got home, I discovered that it contained chicken. As a vegetarian, this is frustrating, especially since it's the second time this has happened at this location. Now I'm left without dinner, and everything is closed. How can you mess up a Southwest VEGGIE wrap twice? I might be a bit upset because I'm hungry, but this is simply unacceptable.
UPDATE: Their response was to offer me a free meal from two options, but unfortunately, both included chicken. The whole point is that I don’t eat meat. I’m just shaking my head at this. Really?"
