"Even with a reservation we waited almost 30 minutes after our reservation time. Once we were seated we waited another 30 minutes before our chef arrived. Our server was great I wish I remembered his name. Chef Lee was not my favorite. Although it was a birthday party for my 20 year old kids they look forward to the fun of the meal presentation and it was very much lacking. We actually watched other tables for the show. We come here every year for their birthday for the past 7 years and this year it was disappointing."

We went for a casual weeknight dinner we were seated quickly with the reservations we were given. The service was as best as it could be, it was no fault of the waiter they appeared short staffed so we just had to wait quite awhile for refills and things we had asked for. The hibachi chef was the best one their for once they cooked everything perfect nothing was over cooked.

"Family operated authentic Indian restaurant! It is located in a nice strip mall. They have outside seating but not good during summer due to Texas heat ?! Food was fairly good. We ordered vegetable samosa, chicken tikka masala , beef pepper fry, garlic naan bread and Goan/ Coconut shrimp curry. All dish comes with basmati rice. We liked all dishes except Goan shrimp curry and Samosas. The coconut milk used in the shrimp curry was not good and the whole dish tasted so sour. We returned it. The manager Savitha I hope I got her name correctly was so professional and apologized and didn?t charge. Also she gave another chicken tikka masala for free. This place was packed with guests. There was only two people serving customers in the dining hall. They were trying hard to make everyone happy. We took the liberty to get our drinks from the fountain many times. As far as the cleanliness of the place, yes, this place needs lots of help. The floor was dirty and needs lots of tender love. I saw many mosquitoes ? flying around and I got couple of bites as well. It was hot and humid inside. I gave 4 star for the chicken tikka masala and the professionalism and good customer service of the manager. In my opinion, Spring Texas needs an authentic Indian restaurant that is really clean and has good vibe."

"I always come to this Mexican restaurant because I like the food and it's close to my house. But last time I went there and asked my server if the “Fajita a la Diabla” was too spicy and he replied that it is not too spicy, so I decided to order it. When I first tried, the red sauce was super spicy and it didn't feel like it was made by scratches. It was just a dried Spicy when it makes sense. So I would recommend you to be specific with customers because not all of us eat spicy food. But unlike this food was always good."

"I got a classic cheese burger. The toppings and condiments were all fine. The burger actually looked good aesthetically. However and much to my dismay, the taste of the burger meat was not good. It was edible but weirdly seasoned. In my opinion, a plain hamburger meat with salt and pepper would have been better than whatever seasoning mix Loose Caboose is using. Their mini corn dogs were good though. 2 stars is for the disappointing burger. In fairness, I didn't bring up the food taste to the restaurant so I didn't give them a chance to make me something else. My thoughts leaving were I should of just stayed home and cooked for myself."

"We had a delicious meal at this restaurant with our family. We enjoyed the fried rice and veggie rolls, but wished there were more vegetarian options on the menu. The restaurant only had two vegetarian/vegan options. The service was excellent, and we rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. The price per person was between $10 and $20. We recommend trying the fried rice and sushi dishes. For vegetarians, we somewhat recommend this restaurant, as they do have a vegetarian menu or section."

"I ordered Cheetos with nacho cheese, and I immediately noticed that the cheese had an off taste, reminiscent of expired dairy. I thought it might just be me, but when my husband tried it, he agreed that it tasted strange! I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, but their response was disappointing. They simply said, "ohhhhh ok," and followed up with "that’s weird, we've sold a few today and no one has complained." That's not an appropriate way to address a food complaint! Upon closer inspection with my phone's flashlight, I noticed the cheese was separating (I've attached a picture). It's really disappointing that if the complaint had been handled better, it wouldn't have felt like such a big deal. There's definitely a gap in their customer service."
