"I'm really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I often go there for takeout and occasionally dine in, but today was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. We found a live bug in our sushi, and the way the staff handled the situation was incredibly upsetting. When we reported the issue and showed the employee that the bug was still moving, all we received was a casual "I'm sorry." There was no sense of urgency or concern about having a live bug on our plate, which is shocking. It felt like they treated this serious issue as if it were completely normal. This really turned me off and left me frustrated, especially since nothing was done to make the situation right for the customer. To top it off, we still ended up paying for the entire bill, including the sushi with the bug. I'm really hoping we weren't charged for something we absolutely did not order. Incidents like this should never happen, and if they do, they should be addressed in a professional manner that ensures the customer feels valued and taken care of."
