"I don't even know where to start, but let me just say this: when a skilled chef gets their hands on high-quality raw ingredients, magic happens. This was one of those rare occasions where I had to pause after every bite and just admire the expertise that went into creating this symphony of flavors. The Duck Rolls were perfectly seasoned slices of duck breast filled with a mix of cream cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, and wrapped in bacon, then baked until golden brown. Adding yet another layer of flavor, they were drizzled with local honey. Five stars. The homemade biscuits were heavenly – flaky, moist, and delicate, complemented by a variety of jellies and old-fashioned syrup. Five stars again. The Deer Camp Meatloaf was a slice of meatloaf atop mashed potatoes and topped with slow-roasted Brussels sprouts infused with balsamic vinegar. Even though I'm not typically a fan of Brussels sprouts, these were amazing. Another five stars. The catfish and cheese grits were also delicious, though I'm not a grits person – they were the only slight downside to this otherwise fantastic meal. 4.5 stars for that dish. The Fried pork chop and red beans and rice were exceptional, with perfectly cooked red beans and rice and a thin, juicy pork chop with just the right amount of breading. This was easily the best meal I've had in years. Well done, Cotton. The ambiance was classy, with calming tunes, amazing artwork, natural wood floors, and exposed brick walls. The customer service was top-notch as well. This meal ticked all the boxes. If you're ever in the Monroe area, don't miss out on this unforgettable experience. And don't forget dessert – it's truly outstanding!"

"I will not be going back. They have gotten me twice with a sour salads. I went in and picked up a grab and go salad about six months ago. I thought I had selected a decent salad. However, when I got home, I was unpleasantly surprised that the lettuce on the bottom of the salad was already old. I thought I would give them another try so I went inside and ordered a salad to go with specific directions to hold the tomatoes and add extra cucumbers. It was my fault that I did not check the salad before leaving and for assuming it would’ve been made fresh. However, when I got home, the salad I was given was soured. It appears to me that it was a salad that was removed from the front end because it was too old to be sold. When I opened the top of the salad, you could smell the sour meat and cheese. Needless to say it went in the trash. I did call and speak to a manager who offered to give me another salad. I explained to him it was not my first bad experience for that location but that it would be my last."

"Everything is usually pretty good but they always leave out at least one or two things from each meal. They forgot the toast on both dinners cost $25 and my $3.50 add-on of extra cream sauce cup that I was gonna share between my son apos;s meal and mine. My youngest son apos;s meal, which was mostly excited about the fries, came with 3 small half-piece fries. Thats pathetic. My son was so upset because no one else got fries. I apos;ll get the same meals again, but ill call up there to order and pick up myself so I can check the bags for everything before leaving. Still love my walk-ons!! Walk-on apos;s food was good but their service to the DoorDash customer was not. This happens every time I order door dash never when I call and pick it up."

"When you come into 2 Dudes, forget everything you know about local BBQ. Podnuh 's... Danken Trail... etc., etc., etc. they got nothing on this place!! It is really is in a league of its own compared to any of the local competition. Here are some things to try out on your visit: Meats (but of course : Check out the Brisket (mouth watering , the Spicy Sausage (OMG , and the Beef Ribs (nom!!! . Both of their house BBQ sauces are fantastic with all the meats. You 'll find them in the tin bucket on each table. As for their other meat selections, I haven 't tried any of them yet, but I suspect they are equally tasty. Sides: The Mac Cheese here will change your life! Trust! Just order it, eat it, and thank me later. Other standouts include the Sidewinder Fries (tender inside and crispy on the outside and the Baked Beans (these are on the sweet side like my mom used to make so if you don 't prefer sweet baked beans, you might pass on these . Salads: Get the Salad with Brisket and Ranch dressing on the side. It really is a mouth watering combo! (Note: You 'll want to use both of the dressing containers the server brings with the salad and add just a little bit of both BBQ sauces . As for the service, it 's really first rate. All of the wait staff are super attentive, knowledgeable, and really nice. The ambiance is equally pleasing, with the interior constructed like a vintage, rustic Beer Hall... but after all, 2 Dudes serves up the brews, too!! Final thoughts: I can 't wait to go back to this place! And if you 're a local and haven 't visited this place yet, shame on you. 2 Dudes BBQ is the real deal and will blow you mind!"
