I was surprised to find that this establishment refers to itself as a beer garden, as there was no actual garden and no beer available.

This is a great spot to enjoy a beer or a meal. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options. I chose to sit at the bar, which had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, but there is more to it than just fun. When visiting Salida, CO for a week, the locals are fantastic. This tavern and bar is centrally located.

The staff are fantastic, and the food is incredible! The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly, and the gyro was delicious! Overall, I rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5!

I stopped by this place for a bite to eat and a beer. Megan, the bartender and server, was outstanding. I ordered the wings, which Megan mentioned weren't listed on the printed menu.
