I never thought I would find a authentic bagel in Boulder County, but this place has the right idea. Bagels should be chewy! The bagels here are not overly bready.

We absolutely adore this restaurant. The bagels are always fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. My kids eagerly anticipate our weekly visits, and they especially love the vegan cream cheese.

The employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. The Italiano bagel was delicious but not hot. The vegan cream cheese was cold and hard, making it difficult to even stay on the bagel. I will not be returning.

Our popular bagel restaurant in Boulder offers easy parking, with interior and outdoor seating options available. The owners are supportive of local events, non-profits, and sports teams. The menu includes breakfast bagels, sandwiches, coffee, soft drinks, fruit juice, and kombucha. Although it can get busy on weekend mornings, the staff are always friendly and efficient.

I would prefer going across the parking lot to Deli Zone. The service was quick, but they definitely messed up my order. I ordered a simple bagel with turkey, salad, cucumber, Swiss cheese, mayo, and mustard, but what I received was a plain bagel with tomatoes and no cheese or cucumber. I was disappointed and despite tipping well, I will not be returning. I will stick to getting my sandwiches from Deli Zone in the future.

These are some of the better bagels in the Boulder area, though that is not to say they are spectacularly great compared to bagels in other towns/cities. We have been ordering online from them for several years. What has happened regularly is that they miss (short) part of the order. When I order a bakers dozen that should mean 13 bagels. More often than not, I get 11 or 12 bagels. If this happened every once in a while I would say nothing. But the fact that it happens so regularly is either by design from management or the employees can't do the necessary math.
