My 1st time trying this place I had the baked scallops and tried a salmon roll. It was really good and I enjoyed it.Food: 5/5

Walked in at 8:08pm when they close at 9:00 and were told closing at 8:30 and have to order all at once and were rushing us to be done. Very rude. Will never be back. Too bad as sushi is good.

There was an overwhelming amount of rice and hardly any seafood in our dishes. The food tasted stale and far from fresh. The restaurant itself could benefit from a thorough cleaning and some updates. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

The food quality is good, but the liquor prices are 50% higher than at typical restaurants. Additionally, the bill already includes an 18% tip, yet there is still an option for you to add another tip. This isn't uncommon for some restaurants, but it’s something to watch out for to avoid double tipping. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

This was right next to the hotel I stayed at. I've eaten sushi/sashimi on 3 continents. This ranks right up there with the best. Nice thick slabs of raw fish and fully packed rolls are the order of the day. All of this reasonably priced $32.50 for Rainbow roll and 6 sashimi- which includes the 15% gratuity). Unbelievably RUDE. I walked in alone at 8:05. Mind u, They close at 9. The old woman with glasses told me they were out of rice I said that’s ok I just came in for sake and an appetizer anyway. Then she told me they close at 830 all of a sudden. I had been traveling not a lot around to eat, would have made it quick out of respect, I tip well, they refused my business an HOUR prior to closing. Zero stars. So messed up

Don't come here with kids, you will get eye rolls and terrible service. Our kids were actually really good the entire time but was treated as if we were an inconvenience. The waitress was not nice and I saw her roll her eyes when I asked for a refill (which was 1 time and I was out of my drink for over 10 minutes). The place was way too quite..they need music.While there, a med size party came in (around 6 people and a baby) and they were so rude refusing to move 2 tables together which would have been easy and it wasn't busy. DO NOT JUDGE THIS BOOK BY ITS COVER. I'm going to be honest , we walked in, saw it was empty, and the furniture and lighting look older so we totally judged and we almost walked out. Now I see the money is spent on the fish, it's quality fish for sure. This restaurant apparently has been here for 17. Absolutely delicious and fresh. The slices are thick and just heaven. We drive 35 minutes with decent traffic to come eat here. I am soooo happy we found this place. This is our go to sushi spot. The staff is sooo friendly and the chef is a pro.
