"Husband and I visited on 7/8/2024 at 2:46 pm. I ordered the Turkey plate, he ordered a Wrangler plate 1 meat 2 sides . He selected Ribs. Sat down to eat. Food was good. We didn 't know that he was supposed to get 3 ribs, he received 2. Went home. He looked over the receipt so he could record the amount and deduct it from the checking account. It was noted on the receipt 3 ribs. I called, asked to speak to the manager, phone went dead. Okay, tried again. Someone answered and called for a manager. Manager came to the phone. I explained what happened. Asked for my name, all of a sudden, silence. Maybe he accidentally hit the MUTE ?? Hung up. Called AGAIN ! NO ANSWER !!! WOW !! Won 't be going to THAT location, Floresville Tx , again ! VERY POOR MANAGING !!"

My husband had the 3 piece chicken plate and he was very disappointed in how small the pieces are. Same price, smaller pieces than before.

The staff really helped my family with getting a huge chicken order ready for a gathering yesterday. The order was correct and the food was outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed. The only problem was I should have ordered more chicken no leftovers because it was excellent

Stopped in today for a midday snack. Usually don't have any issues at BM. I finally ate the third piece of pie. All had issues but this one only had a small bite taken out of it. Too bad I didn't take a pic of the one with a huge bite . I asked the server ,he didn't think it was a huge bite. WTH???? Sad for Bill Miller in floresville
