"I grew up in NYC eating Italian food and have worked in the service industry for decades. The food at The Etna Rosso is the highest quality, most authentic food you could ask for and the owner is incredibly passionate about ensuring the quality of the food and that each guest is accommodated. Since my first visit here I have felt welcome and appreciated and I look forward to returning every time I leave. If you are looking for a great meal and night out that is worth every penny, I cannot recommend The Etna Rosso enough!"

"The plant-based food is not only cruelty-free and healthful, it is delicious! The smokey and sweet barbecue sauce on the shredded “beef” was excellent. The platter contained mac with vegan cheese sauce. I thought I didn’t like vegan cheese, but the sauce was tasty. There was also a grilled corn cob and thick garlic toast. The large house Rabbit salad balanced the entree with shredded kale, Brussel sprouts, apples and more with house dressing. Both are large enough to share. I’m going back to try more dishes. There are a few tables in the small, bright storefront, but the tables outside in the wide covered walkway are better for supper. The staff is friendly. We were asked about how we liked the food by 3 different people. Tip: order ahead of time to avoid a wait of about half an hour. Most dishes are just under $20. That’s more than I want to spend for a burger and fries, but the food is excellent and carefully prepared. Strip mall parking was sufficient. We took public Circuit Rider from A1A. Vegetarian options: Food is delicious. "As always, the food was outstanding and the service was excellent! Everything was fresh, hot and prepared with the best ingredients. The care demonstrated in preparation and the desire for the guests to be pleased is evident. Additionally the effort to provide social distancing is appreciated and has undoubtedly resulted in a reduction of tables in this small restaurant. Every effort made was enjoyed by us as guests."

"If you love real Italian cooking, La Dolce Vita is a must! We were welcomed with a warm greeting and had excellent service. Thank you Christian! The dinner menu had plenty of choices and they also had some specials of the day. We enjoyed the burrata and prosciutto salad, mushroom risotto, grilled branzino, and veal chop in truffle sauce. Every portion was more than generous, so we shared the salad and risotto. The burrata was the best we?ve had. The branzino was cooked to perfection, tender, flaky with the skin grilled so crispy that you want to eat it all. It was covered with thinly sliced zucchini that not only kept it moist during cooking but made for a beautiful presentation. And the veal chop!!!...oh my! Cooked perfectly, surrounded with a wild mushroom black truffle sauce and roasted potatoes that were creamy and crispy on the outside. They have a well priced wine list with a nice variety of Italian wines. We like full bodied wines, so we enjoyed a Barolo. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a meal there. Don?t forget to save a little room for dessert...homemade tiramisu. You will not regret it!"

"If I could be friends with a cafe, this would be it.Calusa has a great chill home-y vibe with kind owners cultivating relationships with regular customers. This place is great for the serious coffee aficionado.The atmosphere reminds me of the Broward I grew up with when there were still more trees, less apartments and more cows around.There is plenty of shaded outdoor seating and cozy indoor seating. If indoors, you get to see where they roast their coffee.The food and coffee menu isn't extensive: it's a no-frills place that's serious about the coffee quality instead of making unicorn double-stuffed popping pearl lattes. And the food menu is small but everything I've tried has been excellent. I've had their cheese danish, banana bread, vegan empanadas, quiche and croissants. I've bought beans from them quite often too.The quality and the down-to-earth service keeps me and a lot of other people returning often. I truly love this place and every chance I get, I bring friends, family and my dog to hang out under the trees.Vegetarian options: They have vegan empanadas."
