Excellent service, delicious food and drinks. The restaurant is always lively and the staff is friendly. Karah was incredible and she went above and beyond to make my brother feel special on his birthday.

Great place for quality food and tasty drinks. Forgot the name, but I had the first martini on the list. Gin and cucumber and lime. Very nice. The ribeye was fantastic and cooked to my liking. Great for a formal dinner or just drinks or a laid-back meal all the same.

The food was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly attentive to our needs at the table. I brought my wife here for her birthday, and we couldn't stop discussing the experience on our way home. We will definitely be returning for our anniversary dinner in three weeks! Visualizza piatti

Definitely is not what used to be with previous ownership, but they are trying. would like to see frozen drinks on bar menu. as much I like the octopus is too dry needs more olive oil and smoke paprika to give the Mediterranean flavor. Bread is good and plenty. Always have been a fun of this place so I hope to come back soon.

The seafood here is outstanding. Since I have Celiac disease, I wanted a dish that wasn’t listed on the gluten-free menu. However, the kitchen prepared it for me according to gluten-free standards, allowing me to enjoy the entree I really wanted. Our server, Natalie, was incredible! This is definitely my go-to spot before shows at the Ithink Amphitheater!

Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary ! It was our first visit to Bimini Twist but not our last. I made a reservation earlier through Open Table and had not delays being seated. Our server, Gianna, was a gem! Her suggestions and recommendations were on point. We were very satisfied with our experience and even ordered takeout. A new favorite is the spinach Maria , delicious! Celebrated my birthday at Bimini Twist last night. We started with Calamari. It was cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. Followed by Yellow Tail Snapper with lump crab and béarnaise sauce, baked potato and spinach maria. Sooo delicious!!! Finished our dinner with crème brûlée cheese cake. Highly recommended. Restaurant had a great atmosphere. To top off our amazing dinner experience was our outstanding server, Conner. Very knowledgeable, great personality and very friendly. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Rick Bartlett

We had a very special occasion, and the service was excellent. The management was kind enough to offer us a lovely dessert to celebrate our anniversary, which was a nice touch. As always, the food was beautifully presented and delicious. However, I've noticed that during our last few visits, the crab cakes were not served hot enough, which shouldn’t be the case. On the other hand, the spinach Maria and the other side were perfectly hot. The main attraction of the dish should be served just as hot! Next time we visit, I’ll make sure to request my crab cakes be hot, and I suggest you do the same!

Last night four of us drove from Delray to West Palm Beach for an Earth Wind and Fire concert. Friends told us to check out Bimini Twist before the show We hadn 't made reservations and arrived at 5:30. THE PLACE WAS PACKED and they open at 5! Now we regretted the decision to just walk in. We were in line at the host stand and we saw a very cheerful woman helping her young staff get everyone seated When it was our turn she already had our menus and took us to our table We told her that this was our 1st time there and she was genuinely excited for us We followed her suggestions and had the Bangin Shrimp and Octopus to start, Lobster Scampi, Crab Cakes and a giant Caesar Salad Drinks were amaz...
