Warm, inviting, neighborhood French Bistro with excellent friendly service. The Escargot, Cassoulet, and Fondant dessert are well worth the 45 euro price.

We ate here 5 years ago and enjoyed it tremendously, so we decided to try it again. Still great!!!! The food is excellent, the service is friendly and professional, and prices are reasonable. Make sure you try the tomato-aubergine-squash Millefeuille, it’s exquisite!!! Highly recommended.

I had menu at card with a soup of Chestnuts ( faboulous). Also Foie Grass that authentically it was surpassing anything we had before, the desert Sphere en Chocolate it's like a vision of goodness ! We went in for a lunch after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. Waiter was not polite, his english was not so good. My daughter and I ate fish that was on a daily menu and husband had duck breast. Food was ok, nothing special. The big issue were drinks. The waiter opened one bottle od Coke poured it in two glasses, and charged 2 Cokes. Overall, I would not go back.

Tiny little restaurant with small but delicious menu located near the Bastille. One waiter/host, one chef and one assistant- that's it. Our group of six all got fixed menu (one starter, two choices for main and one dessert) with option for starter/ main or main/dessert and everyone was delicious. Definitely make reservations ahead as it was packed even at lunchtime. Walking distance to Bastille and close to Place des Vosges.

My husband and I recently dined at Bistrot de l'Oulette and had some great food and wine. The entire Bistro was full when we arrived and we saw many people being turned away without reservations. We soon found out why this restaurant was so popular: The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding. The Duck Confit was some of the best we have ever tasted in France, and each dish was excellently prepared, and the salmon encrusted with sesame seeds to start was a hit! Put this one on your list.
