We go here every time we’re in NYC. Entire family loves it.

The food was outstanding. The Greg Norman Burger is definitely one of the best I've ever tasted in my life. Rachel was a kind and attentive waitress too. I highly recommend returning to sample the other burgers and milkshakes!

What a great place to share a shake with friends! We tried several of their crazy shakes and really loved the birthday cake one and the Cookie one! We also had to get a couple of baskets of fries with ALL of their special sauces! The dill sauce was my favorite! Visualizza piatti

I tried the Texan Burger, and it was fantastic! I really enjoyed the large onion ring that came with it. The fries were incredibly crispy, and the cakeshake was absolutely delightful. If you're a fan of vanilla icing and Funfetti cake, you definitely need to give it a try!

My daughter really loves this restaurant, and their Instagram page is definitely impressive. However, when you actually visit, there's a noticeable disconnect. I've been there multiple times—my first experience was fantastic, but the last two visits were quite underwhelming. I hope to find a better place that’s more kid-friendly.

Great burger, decent mozzarella sticks, nice underground retro diner vibes, limited menu options, busy but no wait. Small requests like pickles on the side got the server visually upset and we overheard them talking to a coworker about how difficult we were being. Didn 't seem to have a problem with the couple next to us though. Shakes looked dope but I was too stuffed off a burger. Visualizza piatti

The best thing about Black Tap is the music. Great playlist! Good service too! The burgers are not bad. Not sure I’d race back for another but I did enjoy it. The restaurant itself however is a mess. Chairs were dirty, there was food on the floor, and even my water was discolored due to what I can only assume was a previous drink in the glass. The mess is unwelcoming and makes you question the overall hygiene of the place.

I never had such an amazing and over the top milkshake before. They go all out on the shakes, which are enough to serve 3 people. I highly recommend getting a milkshake here, you won't regret it. It's pricey, but you get a lot in return. Other than that, the burgers and beers were great too, but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was friendly and quick, but it never felt rushed, which is a big plus. Overall, we had a great time here.

I went to the Broome street location 6 years ago and today I decided to frequent it again ever since the pandemic forced me to stay indoors for a good amount of time. I distinctively remember the Bison burger I ordered at that time but this time they don 't have it in their menu. I was kind of disappointed but it was a blessing in disguise. I ordered the Mulberry Street burger since it was an award winning burger . I like it!!! I ordered it medium rare and it was great. There were prosciutto and provolone that balanced the whole thing.
