Blake's Lotaburger - Piatti

The young staff has really stepped up their game and redeemed themselves. I visited yesterday and again in Bernalillo, NM. The frito cakes were absolutely delicious.

the order lasted 40 minutes to complete, but after eating I must say it was great. some blake’s seem to use old ingredients, but these burritos lubricated great and were well arranged. the workers seemed a bit inconspicuous, but to be fair, they were very busy. I still think 40 minutes for 4 burritos is a bit high.

as a life-long dweller of albuquerque we have enjoyed blakes, but since the pandemic it is terrible eating. I ordered a number one green with speck. bacon was nothing but fat, but that wasn't the problem. I'll give me egg shells, egg shells for heaven's sake! I'll never buy a lotaburger again. I hadn't had a burger in a while, but today I was really craving a bacon cheeseburger with fries, and Blake's delivered. It was delicious. I opted for the smaller Itsa burger, which was just the right size for me. The restaurant has recently been renovated and has a modern 21st century feel, but still feels cozy, especially with a tasty, greasy burger in hand.

Never In my life have I ever felt to leave a review until today! So here’s my experience 40 minute wait in the drive through and They forgot some of my order had me on hold for over 50 minutes didn’t put chili on one I asked for chilli and then put chilli on one u asked for the chilli on the Side! overall this is actually ridiculous! Oh and to top it off they hung up on me thanks for that! I will NEVER EVER come back I would like a full refund for this but I probably won’t even get that.

eating is good, safe. if you finally get it! that must be the slowest service of all the blakes I've ever been. but the cars are constantly stacking. smh. plus. why is this wait so long to take cold food home. I thought I had some fresh boiled food while it lasted. burger and pommes weren't even warm and instead of eating as it comes from the grid, 4 of us all have our food at the same time. including the people who were 2 cars, are home to me!? that means, of course, that my eating was well prepared before. they made it easy to use for them 4 cars to a time. not good. also not a good customer service. I ordered my meal without onion rings and a shake, but they forgot to include them. After alerting the staff, I had to wait for the onion rings to be added to my order. They then asked about the shake and I had to wait for that as well. Meanwhile, a worker at the cooking station started yelling at me as if I was causing trouble. I ended up paying $16.70 for a cold burger. Their timing was clearly off and the service was lacking. The only saving grace was the decent chowder. Instead of yelling at customers, they should focus on getting their staff organized. It will be a while before I consider going back to this restaurant.

All Lotaburgers are great, but this one in particular is better than most. This particular one is one of the newest I'm Albuquerque after a fire damaged the Blake's in the same location. It's unique in that it serves breakfast burritos all day, as well as having the new soda machines. As with most Blake's, the food has a range of quality depending on many factors known and unknown. But when it's good, Blake's can be one of the best burgers in Albuquerque. Lastly a complaint, when ordering online for this location, the zip code is listed as 87122 where it's actually 87112. This means it doesn't show up when you try searching by zip code. I know at least I would appreciate this being addressed...

Hate writing bad reviews but at some point maybe it will make them make a change. When this location first opened it was awesome!! Over the last several months it's steadily declined and on the regular they forget a fry. Tonight had a very long wait in the drive through, lobby was closed so I waited. I presumed that 4 burgers and 4 fries was easy enough to make sure you have the whole order. I was wrong. Missing a fry for an order of 4 combos. I get they were swamped tonight but it happens almost every time i come to this location.
