"I will begin this review by saying that I grew up in Columbus Ohio, not far from the original Bob Evans farm, so I am very familiar with the original service, food and amenities of Bob Evans restaurants. The food is overpriced and open it was bad. My whole wheat toast had a repulsive smell, along with artificial margarine on it. The sausage is not like the original recipe at all. She private label her ketchup, which is bad and has high fructose corn syrup in it. I got the rise and shine breakfast for $9.19, which includes your choice of meat, eggs, potatoes and toast. For $12.69 you can get the whole hoof that has sausage patties, sausage links, bacon, land ham, a pancake, French toast and potatoes. For an additional $3,50 you can get bacon, sausage links, land ham, French toast and a pancake. You find out. This chain began to sink when I left Columbus in 2017 and it has not improved at all, and actually it has gone even further downhill. This is one of the few times in my life when I have not finished breakfast because of food quality."

Stopped for a quick lunch. Love the chicken noodle soup. Excellent service by my server, Kathy. She looked to be the only server on this day and was efficient, friendly, and organized. While the food has normally been good the service is suffering. After a brief wait I was shown a table with syrup on it. The hostess offered to bring me a drink while I wait on.my server. She brought me a cloudy liquid that looked like coffee with milk,I ordered sweet tea. After waiting 10 minutes and no server coming to my table I left. And no I did not drink the cloudy tea .
