"Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not great. Not only was the wait in line very long, but I also encountered an issue with payment. I value honesty and hard work, and I typically like to reward those who display those qualities with positive reviews. However, during my visit, the cashier at the drive-thru kept the extra dollar I gave them. I had to ask for it back, which was disappointing. I believe they were aware that I noticed the error. It's a shame, as I would have gladly given them $100 for their honesty, but they chose to take $1 instead. Very disappointing."

Staff is very arrogant does not pay attention at all went through the drive-thru got my food asked for a bo sauce after being charged 42 cents they gave me a buffalo sauce and it wasn't dead.

Just ordered 2 supreme combos and the chicken is disgusting and the fries are wilted and soft and the fry bag has a piece of hair on it ugh my last time eating here Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food is ok. Sometimes the fries taste a little stail.. but my biggest issue is the Legendary Tea is bad!! Real bad!! I think it might be because the tea nozzles aren't being cleaned. Even if you make fresh tea, if it goes through a moldy nozzle, it'll Carry the taste! I always order soda from all Bojangles because it's like that at all of them just about.
