They service was terrible and slow. The food was cold. I got a state biscuit and the steak was so hard and old you couldn't eat it. The seasoned fries had no seasoning.

The restaurant was incredibly busy, but the wait time was surprisingly brief. However, the cookies were underbaked and somewhat doughy. There was never an apology for the shortcuts taken in food preparation.

What could be better than a Steak Biscuit Add Pimento? Oh, yeah, a sausage and cheese combination. Or a bacon egg and cheese with one side of Botato rounds. I don't know if this is classified as health food, but it's certainly delicious. Visualizza piatti

I?m a healthcare worker and I love that these people are so sweet to me and my 12 hour days. I always receive all of my items. I know that about two weeks ago were so half the staff quit and they had to close down early but even with half the staff they are just as good.

I've never been to Bojangles before, but since there are several locations in this area, I thought I would give it a try. The prices were great and the cookies were tasty. I'm still a bit puzzled about the hype surrounding the cookies, but I'm beginning to understand why they’re popular.

Very poor service. This is the first time I?ve ever left a review for a restaurant and I go to them every day. Took 41 minutes to get food after p paid. There were only 2 people in the line. The cashier was hateful and the order was wrong. I would avoid this locations as there is a much better one a few miles down the street. Visualizza piatti

Husband went to get dinner tonight. He got 2 breast meals. One had meat and one was like a fried bone. It was like the breast had been split. The canjun pintos we're just pinto beans with no flavoring. The dirty rice was more like rice pilaf with no meatat all. Would I suggest going to the Candler Bojangles.....NO. Also, they are supposed to open at 5am, but most of the timethere is no one there when I pass by between 5:10-5:15. I would give a zero star rating if it was available.

Per my mom 9-4-22 1pm (she doesn 't do reviews) Tried to get chicken at Candler Bojangles today. Several people inside waiting with us. At least 7 people working. After about 30 minutes, I asked nicely, how much longer on the chicken. The cook says What chicken? . Its a chicken restaurant, on Sunday, at lunchtime. No chicken had ever been started cooking. Seriously?About 5of us asked for the manager so we could get a refund. He had to be hiding. Someone else came in and was able to refund ourmoney. We won 't be going back there. So much for new management and better experiences..

According to my mother, on September 4th, 2022, at 1 PM (she typically doesn't write reviews), we visited the Bojangles in Candler to get some chicken. There were several other customers waiting alongside us, and at least seven employees were on duty. After about 30 minutes, I started to wonder how much longer it would take for our chicken order. The cook responded with, "What chicken?" It's a chicken restaurant, it's Sunday, and it’s noon! It seemed that no chicken had even been started. Seriously? About five of us requested to speak to the manager for a refund, but he seemed to avoid us. Eventually, someone else came to process our refunds. Safe to say, we’re not returning. So much for the...
