"I placed an order online. I drove through the drive thru, and told them i placed an order online.she said i had to come in and get it,that i could not pick it up in drive thru. So i walked in and i stood in the order pick up side and was never greeted byanyone.even the manager saw me and he never said anything. I finally spoke up but i was still being an annoyance to themapparently. I told the cashier i needed to picknup my order and she said there is no order for me. Then she walked off and wasMosin around. I finally said hello,if you dont have an order then i need to pace an order. She asked whT it was for and i said a20 piece. She said well we do t even have enough chicken to place that order. I said well i want the order so can you start tobox some up for me. I had to prove i placed the order through bojangles and by my checking account . It was alot more said and iwas having a raging migraine. I cant believe these people really think its ok to just walk around and argue amongst each otherand like im invisible. No personality at all or respect for people's time. The worst store ever"

I stop by today and went threw da drive-threw and I orderd a 5pcs chicken supreme meal and get to da window to pay and they tell me they only have 2 supremes and replaced it went 2 breast tht were OLD and NASTY

This is ridiculous. I made an order at 7:10pn and the curbside pickup said that it was ready at 7:20 pm. It is not busy at all and no one has gotten it ready. Then I had to wait 5 extra minutes for something to be cooked.

Got two steak biscuits Monday morning I think a little before 8. My stomach bothering me within a couple of hours and for next couple of days. I'm wondering did one of the girls there do something to the food to make me sick. Visualizza piatti

I just went and it was bad. I threw my biscuit away along with the sweet tea. Biscuit was not fully cooked. Egg tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill and the tea tasted soured. I am totally shocked. I love bojangles, but I will not be returning to this location again.

This store does not care about their service or quality of their food. Have given them several chances and each time things have been worse. Today topped everything. Ordered two plain biscuits and what I got when I took them out of the bag was hockey pucks. You have lost my business.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent; the woman who took my order was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits along with some unsweetened tea, both of which were very delicious. The bacon was nice and crispy, not soggy at all. This is honestly the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to! I visited around 9 a.m. and hoped that the food would be as good as at other locations. Unfortunately, it couldn't have been worse! The chicken was dry and lacked flavor, the fries were ice-cold, and they didn't provide any sauce. To top it all off, the sweet tea was stale and had some residue at the bottom. I get that they might be trying to wrap things up for the day, but why send customers away with such poor food?

I'm not sure what they got going on here. As a former general manager of a restaurant industry, I saw sooo many violations when I went to pick up food the other day. Almost all of the kitchen workers had ear pods in, not just one, but both. The young one at the window had to take one out just so he could hear me. Another young guy was walking around with those and sunglasses on. Sunglasses!? The one making my sandwich had gloves on but I saw him walking around to different spots of the kitchen pulling up his pants, grabbed his phone out of his pocket and touching it, then went back to making the sandwich. "Stopped by to try out their “garlic herb turkey sandwich”, it was delicious and fresh. It felt a bit dry like it could’ve used a little more mayo and mustard but it’s not the end of the world. The service was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive staff and welcoming. Quick service and quality food. Highly recommend."

"I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding breakfast experience! I've been searching for a place that not only offers a diverse selection of breakfast dishes but also provides delivery, and I've finally found it. I've ordered multiple times, and every time, the food has been prepared exactly to my preference—even my poached eggs are perfect! My personal favorites are the Mount Diablo Scramble and the various bowls. The portions are generous; I always have enough for both breakfast and lunch. The flavors are reminiscent of home-cooked meals, with well-balanced ingredients that complement each other beautifully—nothing is too overpowering. Additionally, the service is remarkable! My orders consistently arrive in 20 minutes or less, and there was even one occasion where my breakfast was still warm upon arrival. The meals are genuinely of restaurant quality, so while I do spend a bit more, it’s definitely worth it for an occasional treat for myself."

"This local restaurant offers a diner-style menu with specialties such as 36 types of mimosas (listed on a separate menu), various types of eggs Benedict, and other dishes. I ordered the Crab Benedict, Country Benedict, a side of bacon, coffee, and a mimosa flight. The Benedicts were delicious, with flavorful gravy and perfectly cooked eggs. However, the country potatoes and hash browns were nothing special. The bacon was disappointing, as it was low quality and lacked flavor. The coffee was served with Land O Lakes half and half in small, shelf-stable containers. The mimosa flight, consisting of three shot glasses, was interesting but slightly overpriced at $12 for approximately 4.5 oz total. The seating appeared to be taped with electrical tape, indicating that the booths may need new seats."

"I have dined at many Chinese restaurants throughout my life, and at nearly 70 years old, I have found the best place to be Shan Shan Low on Willow Pass Road in Concord. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I have been a loyal customer for over 28 years. However, on a recent evening out with my wife, we decided to try Yan's Garden. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We spent over $50 on our meal, only to be served food that was subpar. The lemon chicken was chewy, old, and cold, and the accompanying butter lemon sauce lacked any real lemon flavor. The fried prawns seemed to be of low quality, likely frozen and not fresh. The hot and sour soup was also lacking, with an unidentified ingredient that ruined the taste. The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived, with only the front desk attendant and her children playing in the empty dining area. To make matters worse, they did not even serve hot tea, which I found to be quite surprising for a Chinese restaurant. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food and service, and I will not be returning to Yan's Garden in the future."

"I was about to type a generic good food good service sentence and my husband reminded me about the cornbread croutons. For dinner one Thursday evening we were in town and decided to try the Lazy Dog. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken salad and atop the salad were cornbread croutons. These are delicious little bites of cornbread baked as croutons and I wish I could buy them by the bagful. Appetizer we tried was fried deviled eggs, and I understand that sounds weird, but whoa they were excellent and tasty with a small piece of the bacon candy adorning their greatness. My husband ordered the PB&J burger (which included bacon candy yum) and the bite I tried was very good. The side of pickled cucumbers was a small dish of thinly sliced cucumbers that had been pickled in vinegar with radishes, also tasty. I also ordered and drank a Huckleberry Mule which definitely could have used more vodka as the ginger beer fought the flavors of the lemon and huckleberry pretty fiercely. We would eat here again."
