I really love this Arby's restaurant! Sometimes you have to wait a little bit, but the food is always fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the Turkey and Swiss Deli Sandwich with a cup of melted cheddar on the side.

This is a good location! The staff are friendly and one was particularly chatty with our dog! They are fast too. The food was delicious. I ordered a thought and a leg but got two thighs. Everything else about the order was spot on.

This used to be a great restaurant, but now it's being run by inexperienced, disgruntled young staff. I understand that finding good help can be challenging, but they should consider letting these kids go and hiring more adults to improve the situation. Visualizza piatti

We decided to change things up and try a new burger and chicken restaurant, so we went through the drive-thru. We ordered the classic Bratbeef burgers, which were two for $6, along with some fries. It was fantastic! A great deal and delicious food. The wait time was shorter than at the burger and chicken places we usually visit.

This is the only Bo's that consistently gets my order wrong. I always order a 3-piece dinner but end up receiving a Supreme meal instead. While it's good, it's not what I requested, and this has happened multiple times! Overall, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and polite, even though they often forget to give me Texas Pete when I ask for it at the intercom.

This location only had the drive-thru open, which wasn't a problem, but it would have been nice to have a sign indicating that. I wanted to order fries, and I usually find it quicker to go inside, but the doors were locked, and there was no information on the door explaining that the inside was closed (perhaps there was an emergency). However, once I reached the front of the drive-thru line, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. My fries were fresh, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Visualizza piatti

When the cashier asked the man in the back to identify my biscuit, he was unsure. She then took a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and placed it in my bag. I pointed out that it was the wrong order, but she insisted it was what I had ordered and refused to check the wrapper. I told her I would accept that one, but I still needed the correct order since I was sure of which one was mine. In the end, they gave me both biscuits, which seemed unnecessary. I was paying close attention and was confident about my order. Additionally, it would be nice if they could clean and sanitize the holder for the drink lids.

I recently tried the Roasted Chicken Salad for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised to find bacon included! The salad was delicious and came with two packets of Marzetti Ranch Dressing. My daughter opted for a kids' meal featuring six chicken nuggets, which were served with a choice of fries—regular or curly—and a drink. She could pick between Shamrock milk (in regular or chocolate) or Honest Kids apple juice. The chicken was juicy and not at all dry. Plus, these nuggets are about three times the size of those from Chick-fil-A. To top it off, they have monthly promotions that let you enjoy excellent food at a great price!

To make matters worse, the sandwiches I've received have often been stale, dry, and overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. Since I usually stop at Bo's while traveling, I often find myself having to pick apart the sandwiches to eat only the parts that are somewhat edible. This is unacceptable, especially considering they seem to prepare one order at a time. It feels like I’m being served chicken that has been left under a heat lamp for too long and then refried in a failed attempt to reheat it. I've tried giving them several chances, but I’m officially done with this place. Next time, I will seek out a more reputable Bo's with professional staff and fresh food. It’s evident tha...
