Depends on which Bojangles you go to for quality service. I have found all Bojangles portion sizes have been cut but prices of course has gone up with certain foods.

Good location. A few weeks ago when I visited, they didn't have any sandwich wraps available, but with current supply chain issues, it was likely beyond their control.

We have stopped eating at Bojangles. They no longer carry tenders that are not spicy. This particular restaurant in Wadesboro is always out of dipping sauces. Staff not very friendly. Visualizza piatti

Everyone puts in a lot of effort here. The only chicken options available were breast and tenders. The ladies' restroom could use some maintenance. However, what we did have was enjoyable.

Drive thru, 5:45 no wait and get food immediately after payment, I must say this is probably the freshest hot bojangles restaurant I have eaten from. I ate it in the parking lot. I didn't know Bojangles could be so good!

"I've passed this little place many times, but finally decided to stop in. They used to have the smell of smoked barbecue filling the streets, but I haven't experienced that in quite some time now. I actually ordered a brisket sandwich. The service was fast, environment ok, portion was just ok... especially since, I think I paid $7.00 for the sandwich. Small compared to the price sadly it was REALLY, REALLY dry. This was a real disappointment"

"Alongside the buffet, the restaurant offers a menu that includes sandwiches, burgers, pulled pork, hot dogs, French fries, and more. The service was friendly and outstanding; the staff was attentive and truly went the extra mile to provide a wonderful experience. Even though we don’t live in Marshville, we often pass through, and from now on, we won’t be opting for fast food during our travels! We are so excited to have found this restaurant and can't wait to come back!"

"This was my very first time eating here. I usually find it easy to give my feelings on a place in a short paragraph. But I find I am struggling this time. Let me start with the drinks like every where else a glass of tea was 2 dollars and something. Which I find crazy. The number of choices they have to choose from at dinner on a Saturday were limited in my opinion. I do not know if it is the same every day. I had a cheeseburger with fries. The hamburger patty was big. It came with lettuce and your choice of cheese. I broke it down and ate it as a hamburger steak. They do have a kids meals but if not a kid you pay more for it like most places now. To me a hamburger is a hamburger no matter if it is Angus meat or not. I tasted my husband and it tasted the same as mine. I didn't order the house burger. Again I couldn't tell any difference between mine and my husbands in size. The house burger has a special sauce. The restaurant is pretty and clean. If you want to go out to a place that looks fancier than Wendy's in town then this is the place for you. The staff was nice and friendly The prices where in line with a upscale hamburger place in Monroe or Matthews. If on a fixed tight budget stick with some where else.Also large groups might have trouble sitting together unless there is more sitting than what I saw. I hope this helps some one!"

"Had to go through drive thru at 6:45 pm because dining room was closed when signs all over the place state dining room open until 10. Placed my order after waiting for 15 minutes picked up the order and it was wrong. Tried to call and complain aboutorder for another 20 minutes and no answer. Bad business. Bad customer experience. I want a complete refund and a replacementof what I ordered for having to deal with inferior customer service. I will wait for the owner or a manager to contact me beforeI return here. Too many other dining options here in Marshville to put up with this. Funny a week after posting this the ownerhas yet to reach out to me to make some sort of resolution. Maybe this owner really does not care about tje customer"

"I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza over the phone, which was confirmed. I was also asked if I needed anything else. When I arrived, they mistakenly thought pepperoni and beef were the same thing. The pizza itself was mediocre, and it was frustrating that, despite the order being repeated to me, they still got it wrong. Perhaps I'm just not quick on the uptake, or maybe there was a significant communication issue on the phone. I would recommend going to Pizza Hut or Polk Mountain instead."
