"Wasted 30 minutes in line at the drive-thru but then decide to leave because I still hadn?t even made it to the speaker box. Near the end of my wait, I watched an employee carry two small boxes to the trash (walking slower with each step) and then smokean entire cigarette.. not caring one bit about the people who had been in line for this absurd amount of time. I understandpeople need breaks but during a busy lunch hour is NOT the time! Our family stopped going to this location probably a monthbefore they were shut down because of the service and the fact that the food quality was going downhill, but we were reallycraving fried chicken and being that it had been so many months we decided to give it another chance.. wish I had not wasted mytime or the gas to sit there for the once again, sorry inexcusable service."

Fries were hot and fresh and pulled pork sandwich wasn't sloppy like they usually are. Only criticism I have is towards bojangles in general. No other options besides like chicken and one BBQ sandwich

I really hate it that this Bojangles has gone hill so bad. It should truly be shut down. The food is never hot, and the dining room just shuts down when they choose to because they can’t keep staff. It’s horrible. I only go there if it’s my only option because there’s never no telling what I may have to deal with. I feel sorry for the few good employees that they do have. I’m sure people take their frustration out on them daily when they do the best that they can. Sad!

I have never been to a Bojangles where I was made to pay $1.34 more for adding cheese to a special. I told the girl the biscuit says $3.09 and I added cheese why are you charging me $4.44? She says because you didn't get a drink. I tried to explain to her but the girl just refused to be an intelligent person today and put on her thinking cap. I'm getting tired of being overcharged because you hire idiots. Nowhere in this entire galaxy should you be charged a $1.34 for adding cheese. Looks like I'm done with Bojangles too. I am not going to keep wasting my money and you corporations can't even train your people correctly. Done with it, so disappointed in Bojangles and the American school syst...

"We ate at middle of the afternoon, so not a super busy period. The service was lackluster and we got switched to another server. As far as the food: the salmon was excellent!!! The scallops not so much....mediocre...they were chewy and did not taste good. One in our party ordered the char-grilled chicken wrap and it was ok,,,not much flavor. I'm not sure if this is a normal representation of the restaurant or not....it may have been the time, 4pm....but we will not be going back. The only reason we tried this restaurant is because it was open at this time. If we want3d to wait until 5pm, we would have gone to Monteros...."

"Family enjoyed our evening at Paradiso. We have been several times before. It is one of our favorite places to dine out Italian in EC. It was our first time dining on a weekend night and top it off “Holiday” (Valentine’s Day here. Servers seemed a bit overwhelmed even at our earlier dining hour of 5:30p before rush. All dinning stages took longer, more than two times the normal. Pizza was amazing as usual. Ying Yang Scallop appetizer fell short at $20. Scallops were well seared but lacked flavor and the plate was smeared with two ying white and yang black tasteless purées. The lasagna had no traditional layers it. More like a blob of meet sauce, with a thick not totally cooked lasagna pasta and a pound of cheese on top to finish filling up the mini iron skillet. Everyone in our party tasted this and the scallop appetizer and none of us were impressed. Would not order those again. We ended with one of there great desserts, the tiramisu. It is big enough to share with 4 6 people depending on how much you really want to “share” ; Overall we feel service and food quality fell short this particular visit due to the holiday and increased guests. We didn’t feel the bill matched the quality of the food received for this particular visit. Nonetheless, we will dine again during less peak periods and/or do to go when needed."

"This restaurant feels like a cheap imitation of authentic Chinese cuisine, with low-quality, dried-out ingredients like sushi, nori, and rice. It was not delicious at all. I regret supporting this place and wish I had realized how disappointing it would be. It’s not local, and I was hoping for something genuine. The wasabi resembles green playdough, and I’m hesitant to try it. The ginger is also dried out. Everything here is subpar; it’s a poor imitation and not worth it. I spent $20 and would have been better off dining elsewhere. Oh well, you live and learn."

"The owner of the restaurant is incredibly kind and the food is delicious, which is why I am still giving it 4 stars. I do wish there were more staff, as the current ones don't seem to be the original employees of the restaurant and could use some improvement in their customer service skills, especially the young men. During my recent visit to pick up an order, I noticed that while I waited, only one woman behind the counter was actively working while two young men seemed to be just standing around. One of them was sitting and playing on his phone, while the other appeared to be lost. The woman was very pleasant and did her job efficiently. The owner, as always, came out with our food with a smile, handed the bags to the hardworking woman, and we left. This is not the first time I have experienced this lack of engagement from the younger staff members. I wish I could have given my tip directly to the woman who was actually doing the work."
