"(Drive thru)Ordered 2 cajun egg cheddar biscuit combos. We said four or five times to PLEASE make sure it was the hoop cheese not regular cheese slice. Parked and looked inside to find regular cheese was on both of them. Receipt was correct order was not) Returned inside and she started remaking and putting shredded cheese on the biscuits. I said that's not the cheddar slices that are used on cheddarbo.. she said she was confused and got a coworker who showed her where the sliced cheddar was. She continued to put it on top of the cold shredded cheese. Handed me the bag. I check and it's cold. I asked her if she could heat up because the egg and cheddar were both cold. She was confused and went to ask for help. So I just left and said tell her not to worry about it. Got back and the borounds weren't cooked all the way either (soggy/greasy). Bo rounds and fries were both placed in the bag upside down falling out into the bag. Also, the Texas Pete we asked for was not in the bag. Tea tasted spoiled like it came out of an uncleaned tea pitcher. Next time we want to spend $25, I'd go to a sit down restaurant over this bojangles. The 3 bo'berry biscuits were good. I also emailed them and never got a reply."

They did not forget the sauce or nun and the food was good but man the cashier. She was about 35-40 working the window around 12:30. They needs give her a break or sum bc she was hella rude and rushy for no reason. She owed me like 5 dollars and gave me it all in change. Half of it fell and she was like oops. I ain’t say nun bc ya know she handling my food but girl what’s wrong with you. On Sunday the lords day??

I've heard great things about bojangles food. I was traveling and came across this one. The food was outstanding, but the service I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through. I had to go in to make sure they didn't forget to bring my food out. The manager was waiting on wings, and they would bring out my food when it's done I waited the food came out much later and I didn't check the bag until I got on the road everything wasn't there so I paid more than I got

"Had Foie Gras and Escargots for starters. Foie Gras was done to perfection with a little sweetness in the currant topping to blend wonderfully with the rich creaminess of the foie gras itself. The escargots were perfect. The light cream sauce with just the right whisper of garlic and fine strips of spinach richly supported the tender escargots. My entree was the bone in pork chop. It was superbly prepared, a nice light crispness on the outside and todiefor lush, tender, juicy meat on the inside. The apple compote accompaniment added a perfect sweet foil to the meaty toast of the chop.Perfectly done.Other entrees at the table included braised ox tail and the scallops. Both were expertly prepared. The ox tail was rich with a wonderful sauce that brought out the best of both meat and bone marrow, very satisfying. The white acre peas and fried shishito peppers that rounded out the dish were the right balance to the richness of the ox tail and were cooked to perfection. The scallops served atop creamed corn and english peas were also a delight. The scallops were good size, but extremely delicate and tender and the accompanying corn and peas outstanding. the pickled shallots were a real surprise adding a very inspired and charming savory element to the dish. Outstanding all around! While one might think it couldn't get better than this it did. Our service was provided by Beau, maybe BOW for his Bowtiewho was both our waiter and the sommelier for Matthews. His professional attentiveness and conversation was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the table. Bravo Beau!"

"Black Sheep is a great restaurant. The service is almost always excellent and this trip was no exception. Our waiter was great, personable and prompt. We had multiple happy hour cocktails which were of high quality and delivered quickly. The happy hour drinks are a great value. The Dusty Boot is my favorite and I hope it never leaves the menu. The food was good and tasty. The kitchen at Black Sheep is one of the best in Jacksonville. However the price for the food, even for the happy hour items, is getting out of hand. I have visited Black Sheep since they have opened. I’ve watched the pricing on the food increase over time and several items are now 30-50% higher than they were several years ago. Vegetable sides for dinner are now $7-8 dollars. A large salad is $14. These items used to be $5 and $10. The cheapest sliders for happy hour are $9. There is less meat on all three sliders combined than would be in a single small sandwich. The cheapest main for dinner is a $15 burger WITHOUT CHEESE. A slice of cheese is $1. One. Dollar. So $16 for a cheese burger and some shoestring fries. I know it’s grass fed beef but still! It’s obscene. If someone at Black Sheep is reading this, please, work on that menu and the pricing. You have slowly priced a loyal customer out of visiting your restaurant. You have good food but the value is no longer there. You have competition now, even in your own neighborhood. I love your restaurant and want you to win me back."
