Chicken was good ,mac and cheese and mash potatoes and gravy just OK. Cole slaw is good along with the pinto beans. Bring back the Bo sauce

Food is good. But they are slow getting the food prepared this is a fast food restaurant but obviously it's not, take a while to get your order.

I didn't even get to eat, I walked out. The person there was the general manager and he was extremely rude and immediately turned my appetite. I highly recommend everyone to find a more friendlier place. Hardly any seating and overall disgusting place. Avoid at all cost. There's plenty of better

We like Bojangles and go mostly for breakfast before work. Over the years the place has had its ups and downs. The employees range from nice to downright rude. The food is no different. The biscuits can be fresh and fluffy to overcooked and hard. Same with the BoRounds. The employees need to be reminded that customers have other options in town. The fact they chose to eat at this Bojangles makes them important.

The problem was the chicken breast and the thighs I ordered was very dry and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp way to long and the meat had dried out. Even sauce didn't make it where it was edible. Sorry I just wasn't happy with my order. But because my wife loves bojangles biscuits and the bojangles blackened chicken sandwich we will be going back but next time I'll gladly wait on fresh chicken to be cooked for me and my wife.. I honestly don’t even know why I keep coming back here. Almost every experience that I have had here trying to get food from this location has been terrible. Half the time I have came through the drive through is closed and when it is open they are extremely slow to even get to the speaker to take your order. I waited 30 minutes stuck in line for the drive through and it only had 4 vehicles in front of me. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

We stopped in to grab a fast bite to eat before jeep invasion. We ordered a chicken biscuit and two bo berry biscuit. They gave us the chicken biscuit and asked us to pull in a spot and they would bring us the bo berry Biscuits. After waiting ten minutes I went inside and asked for my order. While all employees were talking and yapping they looked at me and said oh did you order them? I said according to my receipt I did. She then proceeded to question me. Never again. By the way it was dead there.

We stopped by on a whim as my Husband wanted to try the chicken in comparison to Popeyes. The chicken wasn't hot and the breading wasn't crispy. It's like they had been sitting for awhile. The Cajun beans and sweet potato pie were good. The biscuits were delicious and the Cajun biscuit sandwich was yummy. We should have added pickles but it was still good with hot sauce added.
