"I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza but received one that was missing the chicken. When we called to have it replaced, my wife was told that the staff didn’t believe her and suggested they could pick it up to verify the issue. After their inspection, they would decide whether to refund or remake the pizza. Essentially, their response to a mistake with a loyal customer was to question our honesty and delay fixing the issue. We didn’t want to wait another hour for them to retrieve the pizza, inspect it, and then decide what to do. We simply expressed our frustration about wanting the correct pizza, but were told they couldn’t resolve it and suggested we call back another day when the owners would be available. It seemed excessive for a problem that could have easily been solved by delivering a new pizza and picking up the wrong one. On a positive note, the food and service are usually fantastic; this was just an unfortunate and unusual experience."

I recently tried the pizza at this restaurant and it was one of the best I've ever had. The only downside is that it's not located closer to my home. The delivery service was prompt and the meal was perfect for dinner. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is good. I am updating my previous review because after a month, they refunded the full amount they charged me for an unauthorized 49% tip. While I appreciate the refund, this was the second time this year they have added an unauthorized tip. The first time, despite multiple phone calls, visits to the restaurant, and emails with no response, I let it go. When I pointed out the issue, the restaurant staff called me rude. A coworker also mentioned they were overcharged by $9 and never received a refund. Overall, the takeout meal for dinner was good, with food receiving a rating of 4 and service receiving a 3.
