"The restaurant is far too small now that it's completed. They also removed the native plant garden to make way for a parking lot, which makes all their claims about caring for the environment seem completely insincere. I can't stand how crowded it gets, but it's the only co-op in town. The area used to be filled with meadows and wildflowers, which were truly beautiful. Unfortunately, the county has ruined that and continues to overdevelop, adding large office buildings, many of which sit empty. The traffic is a nightmare. There's a lot of hypocrisy here, but there's really no other place like it. When you see their "we care about our planet" slogans, don't hesitate to roll your eyes."

"Bistro 221 was such a joy to read the menu, the quality of the food was on par with their pricing. But then the employees were in jeans, no uniforms and no cohesiveness. The carpet should be taken out and wood floors add to match their building and then the menu and atmosphere would all match and we would have definitely been glad to send $40 per person.. food was good. "Everything was just fantastic—the carne asada was seasoned to perfection! And oh my goodness, the onion and cilantro on the tacos were spot on! The cheesiness of the quesadilla combined with the flavorful meat was just right. The customer service was also exceptional; I truly wish I could eat here every day! They really go above and beyond in every aspect! I’ll be returning as often as I can! I absolutely love great Mexican food—it's my favorite comfort food, adding a bit of spicy goodness to my life. Thank you for these wonderful meals! The atmosphere was great too, and the staff took excellent care of the customers while also keeping everything clean. I highly recommend this place! Enjoy!"

"The vegan options appeared to be limited at first, but turned out to be quite delicious and satisfying. While the sandwich and pizza choices didn't seem as appealing as the omnivore or vegetarian dishes, we opted for some small plates and were pleased with our meal. The service was friendly and we also enjoyed dining on the terrace."

"Overall, it was a good experience. I ordered the Caesar chicken box, and it was quite tasty. The place reminds me of Subway, though they operate differently. The interior was clean and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly. The prices were a bit higher than I anticipated, but the quality of the food made it worth it. Just a heads up: there are no public restrooms, so plan accordingly. They do wear masks and have arranged the tables for social distancing."
