"I am a regular here locally. Absolutely love their food and the indoor staff, But I am so TIRED of having my receipt forced on me to sign for tips before I can even open my mouth to ask a question. I place online orders and there is NO option for adding extra sides of sauce, so I was trying to ask but I was rudely told to sign my recipt and the window was slammed shut until my food came out and it shut right after, not able to get a word in. Wow. I felt like a joke, your asking me to tip drive thru orders when the drive thru people are always so rude and tip forcey? I tip minimum 10 inside for my party of two I'm not tipping drive thru they're rude as hell. Kitchen staff never disappoints though food is 11/10. Please train your drive thru workers to be nice and actual serve the customers needs. I'm depressed I'm eating my meal with one less cup of sauce because I was not given the option to purchase another. :"

"The chicken enchiladas were excellent! I appreciate the heads-up about the spicy pork sauce on top—wow, it really packs a punch! I'll definitely ask for it on the side next time, just like the server suggested. The food has a great authentic, home-cooked feel to it. The wait staff is super friendly and attentive as well. I usually order the grilled chicken burrito, which isn't spicy but is still delicious. Thank you!"

"The steak cheese sandwich I ordered had barely any meat on it. We love Subway, but this location consistently serves smaller meat sandwiches compared to other places, even those with just a few veggies! We always order the same two subs: a footlong veggie and a steak cheese. We typically eat at the Normandy location, but we decided to give this one another chance, even though our last experience in August 2022 was disappointing. Unfortunately, it was the same situation this time. I even tried calling to request extra toppings, but the app doesn’t allow for special instructions unless it's something they can charge for. I called the store five times, but no one answered! I'm really disappointed and not happy at all. Please make this right! I’m not asking for a refund; I was satisfied with my veggie sub, but I'm very disappointed with the other one."

"I want to love this place so badly. We were three times and every time the food was just blazing. The first time the Burger Medium was ordered and came from the kitchen well made and dry. The second time we were a party of 4 and say in the bar. We ordered wings with Mango Habanero sauce, but they came from the kitchen with BBQ. The bartender was wonderful and newly made the wings right and they were great! Today was the 3rd visit. We ordered for picking up the jalapeño Burger cooked medium and Philly Cheese Steak without paprika. Here are the pictures. Unfortunately, the burger was well made and dry and the Philly cheese Steak had NO cheese on it. No sauce. Only dry steak and bread. $60.16 I want to love this place because the atmosphere is great and the beers are cold! Many seating and sports games on the many TVs. I'll always try because it's a cool meeting place to watch the games. Maybe. I'm trying a Wednesday because I was told it could be the better day for the order."

"Last night I had their Buffet. It was $18 including a glass of iced tea. It was at 6:15 p.m.. there was only one Diner in the whole restaurant the whole time I was there which I think speaks to their loss of business most recently. Everything on the buffet was cold that should have been hot. Their feature dish is fried chicken and they advertise it as the best in the area. It was cold and dry and then setting out for a long time. Their beans and ham had no flavor plus they were cold I did not try the string beans but I did try to bake beans and they were virtually cold by the time I got from the buffet to my table. Their specialty dish last night was spaghetti. It had very little taste but it was also cold. The only thing that has been consistently good is the vanilla and chocolate pudding which I'm sure comes out of a can. And their salad bar is probably pretty good even though they use artificial bacon bits. I hope that their breakfasts are still good quality but this is the last time I'll have dinner there"
