"I recently visited a restaurant that had both strengths and weaknesses in their service and offerings. **Pros:** 1. The waitress was friendly and attentive, always checking in on us. 2. The terrace provided a quiet and welcoming atmosphere, complete with a peaceful pond filled with Koi fish. **Cons:** 1. **Food Availability Issues:** Unfortunately, we encountered several problems with food availability. We attempted to order a calzone and a Stromboli, but were informed they didn’t have the necessary equipment or chef to prepare them. We then ordered a salad, only to find out they didn’t have the ingredients for a Swedish salad. Our next choice, their spinach and mushroom pizza, was also unavailable due to missing ingredients. 2. **Pizza Quality:** After numerous failed attempts, we had to settle for two types of pizza: a vegetarian and a meat lover's variant. Both crusts were disappointing—almost burnt on the bottom and soggy on top. The vegetarian pizza was topped with poorly cooked, nearly raw vegetables. 3. **High Prices:** With two salads and two pizzas, our bill exceeded $80. I wouldn’t mind paying that much if the quality met expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short. 4. **Lack of Empathy:** Throughout our meal, our waitress had to interrupt our conversation multiple times to inform us that our orders couldn’t be fulfilled. Given all the complications, we expected a bit more understanding and empathy from the staff. Although we remained kind and patient, it was disappointing to have to reorder so frequently. We learned that their food delivery was scheduled for the next day, which explained some of the shortages. However, it seems odd that a restaurant, especially one located right next to a supermarket, would run out of basic ingredients like those needed for a salad. This raised concerns about the freshness of the food we were served: if they were out of stock today, how fresh could the food we ate actually be? I was especially glad I didn’t order any of the seafood options on the menu. Overall, my experience left me unimpressed. A simple gesture of apology or a complimentary dessert could have gone a long way in making us feel valued as customers. It’s unfortunate, as this type of service doesn’t seem typical for a restaurant that could otherwise provide a lovely dining experience. Signed, An Unimpressed Customer."

Rude. Just rude people running the place. Our waitress was nice but the two guys behind the counter were obnoxious and I'll never set foot in there again. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service skills.

Delicious Blackened ? Sandwich and Garden ? the Italian Cake ? is divine. Our waitress was very friendly and based on the fact that there were eight of us she did a wonderful job. I'll be bringing my husband back to try the dinner menu.

The service was rude. The staff at the restaurant seemed unfriendly. While our waitress was pleasant, the two men behind the counter were quite unreasonable, and I won’t be returning. I was very disappointed by their poor customer service.

Food was very good. Wonderful atmosphere with many different trees, vines and exotic plants, They outdoor seating area was very relaxing, among the fabulous foliage. The night I went featured live entertainment and it was packed. My husband and I were able to mingle with people who we knew, as it happens in Fallbrook. We definitely will come back. Great food and service! Whenever I dine at Brothers, I 'm always greeted like family, and served as an honored guest. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. They have an excellent selection of wine and dishes on their menu. They are also one of the few restaurants in Fallbrook that offers live music. I 've uploaded a picture of the Gin 'NTonix, a vocal jazz quartet that often performs there.

Great service and great food. The bruchetta was a perfect start with crusty yet soft and warm bread with the zesty tomato and olive topping. Alla Diana is a very tasty vegetarian pasta dish with wonderful, savory, flavors. The seafood salad had perfectly cooked seafood and the tomatoes were really good, not an afterrhought. Tamara's wine recommendation, Big Guy, was perfect.The lemon creme cake was divine.

Ordering the chicken salad would have been better if it was green apples, Craisins, a mixture of green. The chicken was not fresh, seasoned and salted, instead of pre-cooked, rubbery and heated in a microwave. The "homemade ' dressing for it, was 't sure what it was, but it was very unpleasant and has no aromas of ingredients in the salad to improve. What an amazing restaurant! From the fresh homemade Italian food to the all around customer service, this hidden gem is a MUST! Just recently celebrated a birthday on a Friday here I can?t say enough about how great this place is. The food is cookedfresh, they have daily specials, a fine selection of wine/beer and a variety of food options (Vegetarian Friendly). The staffis just as great as the place is, the owner was just so inviting and working hard like everyone else. They have a Garden like,heated patio for outdoor seating as well as indoor and during summer months, live music is played on FRI SAT. What a fantastic restaurant! From the fresh, homemade Italian dishes to the excellent customer service, this hidden gem is a must-visit! I recently celebrated a birthday here on a Friday, and I can't praise this place enough. The food is freshly prepared, they offer daily specials, and there's a wonderful selection of wine and beer, along with a variety of dishes that cater to vegetarians. The staff is as wonderful as the restaurant itself, and the owner is both welcoming and dedicated. They have a beautiful heated terrace for outdoor seating, as well as indoor options, and during the summer months, there's live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
