We just moved here to Springfield and we finally found the best pizza place in the world my son had a hamburger pizza and I had veal parmesan they were both the most amazing food we've had since we moved out here keep up the hard work guys Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I specifically asked if they could shave my ham and they said let me ask and came back and said yes but the ham was cut so thick now I wasted my money on something I won't eat and Nobody is answering the phone!!!! Haven't gotten a pizza from them in a long time. They had changed the sauce or not cooked it long enough and I kept on getting sick from it. Heard from a couple of friends there was someone else who has taken over the management and a new cook (I believe it's all still family) and decided to order again. The pizza was AWESOME! Ordered a 16 , combo, light on the pepperoni and added mushrooms. Asked for well done! Pizza was PERFECT! Will start ordering again from here! Long story short: pizza was cold delivery was 30 min late meat lovers does not include ham or bacon That’s too many strikes for me. Ordered a large half Hawaiian, half meat lovers on a Tuesday at 5:40 for delivery. Was told 45 min. Pizza arrived at an 1hr 15 min. The main problem, our pizza was cold. I called back and the only solution offered was for them to pick up the cold pizza and make a new one but it would be another hour wait. My family was starving and it was now 7:00, I could not wait another hour. Beyond that their meat lovers does not include ham or bacon. Not sure why/how you mess that up intentionally but they did. I can look past being late or missing toppings but a cold pizza...

Thought I would try a new pizza place. It's hard to find really good pizza in western mass/ northern CT. Tried Bruno's in Agawam which I thought was decent when I tried it 20 years ago. Ordered a large with two items. It was difficult finding prices online, but I figured, how much could a large 2 item pizza cost. Shocked when I picked it up and it was $31. The highest price I saw online for Bruno's was 3 items for $24. I think restaurants should be required to post current prices online or be required to honor the prices posted. Posting low prices is a very deceptive practice. Quality was average, thought the cheese tasted funny. I guess I'll stick with Roma's in Southwick for now. I can get... Visualizza piatti
