"My family and I celebrated my daughterâs graduation at Bucca di Beppo. We chose this restaurant because of their family style dining. Though we had to remind our server a few times of requested items, our service wasnât horrible. It wasnât until a different server came over to assist our server with the cake. This server leaned completely over our cake. When she was made aware of leaning over the cake and almost smashing it, she immediately became defensive. She proceeded to argue with me about having bigger plates for the cake (plates we did not request) rather than taking accountability. She immediately brushed past me nearly bumping into me. This by far was the worst experience that I have ever had. I was expecting more when eating at this restaurant. I am highly disappointed and refuse to eat here again."

This was wonderful food. Very tasty. The BEST veal Marsala I have ever had. Paired well with the fettuccine Alfredo. Their red sangria is tasty AF. Thank you for the great cuisine.

Went for a birthday celebration for my daughter and when making the reservation noted the occasion. No recognition of the celebration by the staff. No music was playing at the restaurant, which is a big part of the ambience. Staff did not seem to be too engaged with the guests. No one at the host stand, but person was behind a window. Wait staff was busy dusting the bar area. The food was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. We’ve been to this restaurant many times over the years because of the fun atmosphere, but this experience was so sad.

**** poor! The manager Brian was drunk on the job and tried to charge me $150 over the contracted amount of our banquet. When I showed the staff my contract and email correspondence between myself and the Sales Marketing manager, Rachel and Amanda said oh Anne is a liar We booked this dinner over a month ago, had a contract and they refused to honor it or provide proof of payment received. Brian gave me 3 false receipts and said he couldn't reopen the order to fix it. The restaurant is in a great location, however the staff and service is awful. Brian also refused to honor our tax exempt status although clearly we were from a school! NEVER AGAIN!
