"We went here because it was the only place that served both ramen and pho. The service was minimal and slow, they did not have any kid menus, and the kid drinks were bigger than the adult drinks. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem expect my one year old couldn't drink out of it. The ramen was lacking in every dimension, the broth was mediocre, the noodles were overcooked, the egg, which they fried instead of soft boiled, was closer to a hockey puck than anything else, and the steak they used was unseasoned and poor quality. The pho had about the same problems except the chicken was over seasoned, heavily salted, and over cooked. Maybe the mexican portion of the menu is better, but you should stay away from the asian side."

"Get ready for the longest wait you can imagine just to eat average food. The hostess was obviously having a less than stellar day judging by her face and communication style. Our welcome was greeted with a misspelling of our name and shame on use for trying to help correct it. After 45 minutes of waiting we were seating in the back and greeted by the best young waitress who helped earn this review an extra star. When asked which wine is best and what they pair well with shebecome flustered and let us know she couldn?t really help due to not being 21 and no experience in taste. My husband continued to push until I finally had to step in and give the poor girl time to just pick one. A major mistake on our partbecause our pick did not go well with our Cesar salad or Pasta dish due to dryness. If you like pesto the stuffed mushrooms are the best part of our meal. Our side salads were very tasty however too much dressing is a thing and just didnot go well with the wine. Our entree the Florentine was ok at best. They were extremely busy and maybe this was just an off night for service (hostess) and flavor. Our total was a normal price for outings so unlike others, I will notcomplain about pricing. I would say that you should definitely try to visit when they aren?t crazy slammed."

"The food at this restaurant was excellent! The server was friendly, but could improve by speaking louder and being more assertive with refilling drinks. He seemed nervous and not very knowledgeable, but this could just be his personality. Despite a fainting incident, the bartender was very helpful and called 911. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was great, and I would recommend dishes like the Shrimp Orleans, Oyster Rockefeller, Caesar Salad, Blackened Redfish, and Oyster Sampler Platter. The price per person was between $30-50 for dinner."

"This is easily the best fine dining restaurant around. The food is always delicious and perfectly portioned. The atmosphere is unlike anything else in tuscaloosa!! I have a severe nut allergy and they have always been able to accommodate me. Can't recommended more! Shout out to Holden for the great customer service!!Dietary restrictions: The waitstaff were very proactive about my allergies and very knowledgeable of the menu. I have a severe nut allergy and have eaten here safely many times!"

"I placed an order online and arrived to pick it up at the drive-thru exactly one minute after it was promised to be ready. At the window, a man asked for my name and then, without saying anything further, closed the window and walked away. There was already a car in front of me that had to pull forward. Several minutes passed before the man returned with a bag for another delivery, got into his car, and left. Meanwhile, the car ahead of me received their order, and the girl who handed it to them walked back inside. She approached my window and asked for my name again, as if I had just arrived. I informed her and, after asking again, reminded her that my order was supposed to be ready eight minutes ago. She told me she couldn’t find it. When I suggested that if it hadn’t been started yet, they should cancel it, she repeatedly asked, “You want to cancel it?” I confirmed, and she continued to say she couldn’t find my order. It took me asking her directly if that meant they hadn’t begun preparing it for her to finally confirm that was correct. When I inquired about how I would be refunded, she mentioned it would take 3-5 days. I then asked how long it would take to make my pizza, to which she replied it would be 6 minutes. By the time I received my pizza, it was nearly 20 minutes later than the initial promise. There was no apology or explanation for the delay. This used to be my favorite pizza place—emphasis on “used to be.”"
