"I travel all over the country and have generally found a BWW experience to be good. Excellent customer service. Except for this store on Stroop rd. By and large, the service and bartender are great. At this store, however, Cory the GM is super intrusive and treats customers horribly. His minions asst. managers are forced to follow suit. Feel sorry for the customer oriented staff members who work at this store."

Terrible service. Actually, no service. Got seated and sat for 20 minutes without a server even so much as acknowledging us. Multiple servers walking around, but no one came to our table. Ended up leaving, will not go back. It wasn’t even that busy.

Wow! What great service and food for our brood of 9! Molly handled it like a pro and was super sweet, kind and just spot on 100 ! I had never been but, my fantastic family had. Everything was top shelf! I hope you make big tips that match the service we received! Thank you for great night!

The service was extremely slow. The food was sub par. We had a party of 3, and everyone's food came out about 10 minutes apart. The buffalo chicken sandwich meal had very little sauce, and the amount of fries given with it was a much smaller portion than usual. The shredded cheese added to the wedges was nearly non existent.
