The Torta is likely the standout dish on the menu if you're looking for something hearty but don't feel like having a burrito. It's always assembled perfectly, so you won't have to struggle to keep the ingredients from falling out.

I really adore BD Express in Oroville. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous. I absolutely LOVE their street tacos! The food is always freshly made, which is why the wait might be a bit longer. Just be patient; quality takes time. I had tried this place for the first time as it is conveniently located near my job. It was late night as I was working a graveyard shift. I pulled up to the menu, sat there for a few minutes and there was no answer so I pulled up to the window to order. The young blonde girl working rudely informed me I needed to place my order at the menu board, but said “it’s fine I guess I’ll just take it here”. She had the worst customer service skill and then asked me what type of salsa I wanted with my order and I didn’t know what she meant, she rudely rolled her eyes at my and gave me my options.
