The restaurant is quite intriguing. The service was good, and while the food was somewhat lacking in a homemade touch and felt a bit industrial, it wasn't bad at all. The dish shown in the photos features coconut shrimp alongside a trio of crab and fish.

SO good! Somehow it was our first time here, even though we live locally! My husband chose it for his birthday dinner and we were not disappointed! We were a party of 10, and our server, Mary, was awesome! Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back soon. ????

The food and the service was excellent. We all got crabs. The soup was just ok. What I didn?t like was the restaurant puts a 4% credit card surcharge on the bill. All this does is takes away from the tip. I understand covering your cost when someone pays with a credit card but you shouldn?t be making money on this. This surcharge was almost $15.00. Food and service were outstanding. I wish I remembered our waiters name but when we came in on Monday he was waiting tables all the way outside in the front as well as all the way in the back where we were seated. The service was EXCELLENT! The band was Fantastic! The food was really good but the drinks...not to sure. I tried top shelf patron margaritas 5, plus other various shots and...nothing...not even a buzz. I'm thinking they were really watered down...the margaritas. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was lovely, and the staff behind the bar were attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! We started with the lobster bisque, which was generously filled with lobster. Then we enjoyed a wedge salad, featuring a crisp iceberg lettuce wedge topped with blue cheese, blue cheese dressing, and bacon bits—so tasty! Finally, we had an order of hot and spicy mussels. I found crayons and used straws scattered on the floor, along with some spilled drink or water. To make matters worse, the group that was seated five minutes after us received their food before us. Bum Rogers Tavern Crab House looks inviting from the outside, but once inside, we noticed the seats were dirty, with crayons and used straws on the floor, along with spilled liquid.
