One of the good BK, food was good and the woman running the drive thru was very friendly.

Retro BK Kids Playground is a winner! While I can't comment on the cleanliness of the bathrooms, I can say that the playground itself was very clean!

Asked for Whopper with cheese hold the tomatoes. Asked if I could switch the fry’s out for onion rings. She asked what size I said large. $15 latter I made it back to the office to find a large drink, small onion rings that I don’t think were cooked all the way, and a cold whopper with no cheese, no pickles, and plenty of tomatoes. Pretty disappointed, and remembering why I don’t do Burger King very often.

I pulled up 10 minutes before they were opening before I had to be at work I was so hungry and a sweet lady said pull around I’ll take your order in a minute I couldn’t tell you how much I appreciate that women your the best! I have mad cravings right now and have bad morning sickness and need to eat before work so this lady literally made my day she was the absolute best ever!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

They mischarged my card substantially and told me they refunded when they didnt. UPDATE: I had spoken with Miguel and he was able to give me the refund in cash, he explained to me how much he cares very much about his customers and that this was an initial misunderstanding and he had put the cash in the safe right away assuming that I would be calling about it. We really enjoy Burger King, especially their 2-for-1 meals. We first dined at Burger King when we were teenagers, which was over 50 years ago! We still love their burgers, but we recommend ordering and eating inside because they taste best when hot. It would be great if they could wrap the burgers in foil for takeout to help keep them warm; right now, they are wrapped in paper. Even though we live just two blocks away from our local Burger King, our burgers and other items often arrive cold by the time we get home.

I hadn't been to Burger King in quite a while, so I decided to stop by the one in Lemont during lunchtime. The drive-thru was not busy at all. The ordering board was clear and easy to read, making the process smooth. The employee taking my order was friendly and upbeat. He suggested adding two chocolate chip cookies to my meal, and I happily agreed. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal, which was just average. However, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious—warm, soft, and a good size. Overall, the food was decent, but what stood out to me was the welcoming and positive service from the staff at each window, which is often a rarity at other fast food drive-thrus. Visualizza piatti
