Burger King - Piatti

Ordered a bacon egg corssant with no cheese and hash browns and drink. They kept my credit card had to go bk and get it then get to work and I have a sausage and cheese not what I ordered and I don’t like either. Tried calling and they don’t answer and box’s is full.

the slowest workers with the ugliest holdings, even not their order right, no matter how easy it is. I really feel like working here u need to exist the dumbest person, or it just won't waste time or the geduld because I never mad at fast food workers, but they showed me another level of stupidity

Waited at the front counter almost 5 minutes before I saw any team members and after I placed my order I was handed NOT freshly cooked sandwiches but sandwiches pre made in the warmer that had definitely been there quite awhile. Did not eat, straight to the trash.. I work in this plaza and frequent this location quite often. The service and quality is sometimes great other times HORRIBLE. Visualizza piatti

Disappointing! What 's happening to Burger King? No enthusiastic radio personality voice at drive thru. Took a long time to answer my call. She sounded bored what 's your order? No one at pay window. Eventually someone came to the pick up. Got the drink straw. No napkin, whop jr had one strip onion, small core of lettuce and fries were under fried. Receipt does not indicate amount I paid. Won 't ever go back!

I wish I could put 0 stars. I have visited this BK a few times and it is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. They have no idea how to ring things up, and not once has my order been correct. We end up waiting 20 minutes for someone to run back over to the window and ask what our order was so they can actually start making it. Don’t go to this restaurant, they have no idea what they are doing.

I ordered two sandwiches and specified how I wanted each one. Unfortunately, both came with way too much mustard—enough for three or four sandwiches! I've started to notice that fast food restaurants often provide service that's far below expectations. This needs to change; customers deserve to receive exactly what they request when they place their orders. Plus, while their prices haven't gone down, why should the quality of service? I’ve come here for the past two months and every single time that I come the milkshake machine is always down. This is literally like the 10th time. I’ve even gone to other Burger Kings and they always say it’s down. This is unacceptable. Whenever I was talking to the lady she said a piece was missing and then whenever I pull up there’s really not a piece missing your employees don’t know how to put it back together. Kinda ridiculous. Teach your employees so they can actually do their job correctly. Makes me not want to come here anymore

This place is always slow.. food cold after waiting 8-deep for chicken fries for 20 min in DT lane due to endless drama at the service window.. When I finally got to the window... The person at the window said chicken fries right? I said yes. I took the bag and ended up with chicken nuggets. I parked and returned to the store to change them out. Absolutely no one was in line! This place just can't get it together it happens over and over and over.. unfortunately it's the Burger King nearest me that was open.. thank goodness the Kitterman store re-opened they're a little bit better but not much

This restaurant deserves a flat-out zero stars, but unfortunately, I have to give it at least one. The service was terrible; I was completely ignored by the blonde woman at the drive-thru window when I attempted to order. I had to go through the drive-thru because they had closed the inside at 10:30, despite their posted hours stating they are open until 11. On another occasion, when it was a bit busy, they asked us to park so they could bring our food to us, which really shouldn't be necessary. We ended up waiting for 15 minutes, only to have to go inside and wait another 5 minutes while they tended to other orders. Visualizza piatti
