The bathrooms could use better tlc. The outside had been improved The last year that's good to see finally

The food was good. However they forgot the matchup and ranch dressing we asked for. For some reason they provide lots of salsa though....

Went through the drive thru and was a bit disappointed cuz they were out of quite a few menu items. But, my boys decided on what they wanted that was available and we were all happy in the end

We stopped in late at night and were warmly greeted and assisted right away. The atmosphere was lively, with the sounds of the loudspeaker in the background. Our food was served hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly — in fact, my burger looked like something straight out of a promotional ad! I believe Chris was the one who helped us, and my wife and I were very pleased with the service. From now on, we'll choose Burger King over McDonald's for the rest of our trip! Visualizza piatti

Upon arriving at the drive-thru speaker, I was greeted with an up-front warning that I would have to pay either with exact change, or card. This by itself would not be a big deal. I attempted to order a frozen Coke, and was informed that the machine has been broken for about 2 years. 2 YEARS? This demonstrates a real lack of caring on the part of management/ownership. If they don’t care enough to fix a machine for that long, then I’m concerned about other potential issues (do they care if it’s clean, etc? .

I stopped by at 11pm on a Wednesday, was made to wait for 8 minutes in the drive through just for the girl to take my order when there was not a single other customer around. The screen does not work for me to see my meals, there was trash on the floor everywhere. I was told there was no cheese because enough was not ordered. On top of that I was not offered my receipt to be able to complete a proper review. And my food, although the ingredients were correct, was 100% cold. They could have the decency to keep the warmers on for paying customers.

We were told our order would take 6 minutes because they were making fresh chicken.... around 15 minutes later got up and asked and found our order was missed, they had no clue what we had ordered. Around another 10 minutes later we received our combo from the girl doing the cleaning who practically tossed the bag at us with a bad attitude. The burgers looked stale and were missing the bacon and cheese that they were supposed to have. We asked for our money back. Best experience was that they gave us our money back quickly with what it looked like a sincere apology. Visualizza piatti
