Burgerfi - Piatti

This was my second time eating at Burgerfi, my first was in Miami, Florida but I can say just one was just as great.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant in downtown Auburn! The food was delicious and I can't wait to come back again!

Very greasy burgers. I came, I got and won’t be back . We got 2 fries and 1 ceo and double cheeseburger plus a milk shake $40. You can get a better burger at five guys for same items we got for less.

The fries and onion rings are worth it a lone. It's fire kinda. the burger are wagyu. So they will be juicy. So if you're not into that get them well done, and Botta Bing Botta boom you got a great burger. Love this place! The food is pricey tho.

forget to bring my card and realize how I was just paying. try to work apple pay, but they obviously do not accept it. However, the manager was super understanding and friendly, and if I could not pull my card info from my phone, he paid my bill! definitely come back here again, eating is great and as mentioned above, the service is also great! I always like to try new places in search of a great burger. Unfortunately, this wasn 't it. I got The Juicy Lucy. As this was my first time here, I didn 't know to ask for lettuce, etc. The cheese on my sandwich was good, the meat was decent, but the bun was not good and the tomato relish was so sweet that I didn 't care for it on my sandwich at all. Kind of disappointed. Would be willing to try another burger here and revise review if I ever make it back out this way, but this one wasn 't good.

This place honestly sucked. I used to go to the Raleigh, NC location and I honestly loved it. Decided to go here instead of whataburger. What the actual heck. Ordered a large onion ring and it took the girl 5 minutes to ring just the onion rings up. Finally finished ordering all our food 10 minutes later and she charged everything separately rather than combos. The guys cooking were to worried about what music was on instead of cooking. They messed my moms order up and overcooked it. Another guy came in and complained about the same thing. Asked for bbq, honey mustard, and ranch. By the time I got it the food was basically gone. Good food just disappointed with the service.

I mean, yes, the prizes are high. but the service was always great. I like the hotdogs and pommes. I had a burger, but never was a big burger. So I tend to go for the other decisions. but they have tweeper rings that they could wear as bracelets, the dings are huge. but you can't beat the service. had a gentleman go beyond the last time. I and my friend got sushi and then they got drinks and pommes from here. it was a good day out, so we sat outside. he asked if everything was in order. then even offered to get my service dog some water. we didn't go in, not sure if he was going to the west or something. he was under the table. but it was really nice to think of what he might need.
