"Previous reviews are definitely befitting to my experience. The first time I ordered thru UberEats, my meal was delicious well portioned. I ordered a Large oxtail plate, peas rice(heavy gravy), Mac cheese. I was so satisfied, I placed the same order a few days later. Only this time, the second plate 's quality, nor quantity was not equivalent to my first experience. The portion size was inconsistent. As stated above, I ordered the same Large oxtail plate; however, the size was much smaller than my first order. I made several attempts to contact the number listed for this establishment online, but never got an answer. So, today, I decided to give them a 3rd try, also, ordering from UberEats. In the offered Notes space, I explained my concerns with my last order, requested they remain consistent with their portion sizes; especially, if I 'm paying extra for a large plate. My order went thru, but approximately 15 minutes later, I received a notification from my Uber app, stating my order had been cancelled, due to the store not being able to accommodate my special request . This is ridiculous, unprofessional. There were no special request I only reiterated how dissatisfied I was with my last order, compared to my first order, asked that they be consistent with their portions sizes when paying for a large meal. A true business owner would have taken this time to acknowledge A REPEATED customer 's concerns, rectified the problem. I will never spend my money, nor patronize a business that doesn 't have enough respect for my money enough to cancel an order, out of retaliation, opposed to taking accountability be competent enough when serving food, to be consistent with their serving size.*DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE*"

Food taste good, but I did Uber Eats, ordered a large oxtail. I got 3 oxtails, a ton of rice and gravy. Not worth $26. Very disappointed.

Not a fan. The best thing is the oxtail and that's some timey too. Food has too much MSG. Dryest Mac and cheese I've ever seen. People waiting on you have attitude problem, customer service very poor.. I wouldn't waste my money . Go somewhere else.Parking: Parking lot

The food was not good at all! No salt on anything! The salmon had no seasoning and the oxtails looked and tasted like pot roast. Definitely using the cheapest source for both! The only decent thing on the plate was the plantain. I would not recommend this spot. There are so many other flavorful restaurants around.

I ordered the Jerk rib tips w/ fries. I was very surprised at the taste and the quantity. The plate was so full of rib tips. I'm saving the rest for lunch tomorrow. After being disappointed from eating at the other Caribbean restaurants in this area...I finally found one I think I'm going to stick with. I could do without the fries though. They should just have the rib tips and jerk chicken by itself as another option for the customers that really don't care for sides or the extras. Other than that...I will be back. Visualizza piatti

I order from this place every Friday for my mom who LOVES their food. Today I decided to stop in and order in personafter learning that the doordash app does not allow for two sides with the meal. I walked into the restaurant at 12:15 (they open at noon) and a young lady was walking in before me. She went to the back and started to set up the registers. I stood looking at the menu trying to decide what I'd order. She seemed disgruntled and proceeded to tell me SORRY can you wait outside while I get myself TOGETHER? I was stunned...
