The older waitress completely overlooked us for 15 minutes, not even bringing us water. However, she promptly served coffee to the locals who arrived after us. The food was nearly perfect. My wife ordered a wrap with bacon added and absolutely loved it. I had the Rock and Roll sub sandwich, which was almost perfect, although the chicken was a bit dry. The fries were surprisingly thin and crispy - I never expected that! I will definitely order those again. The pizzas also looked fantastic.

Another reviewer mentioned driving all the way from Vegas to eat here—talk about a dedicated fan! We visited after a day of hiking at Valley of Fire. The Patriot burger was fresh and served hot. The fish from the fish and chips was a bit greasy, but the fries were the highlight of our meal. This establishment is called CABLIP BREAKFAST LUNCH PIZZA, but when I visited, breakfast wasn't available. We were informed that they only offer limited breakfast options on certain days. Putting that aside, the food was mediocre at best. I ordered a calzone with mushrooms and green peppers, but the green peppers were completely raw. Luckily, I enjoy them, so I didn’t complain. However, there was an excessive amount of ricotta cheese—probably over 8 ounces—while the vegetables were scarce. The highlight of the meal was the marinara sauce on the side.
