After seeing the restaurant on the app, I went in expecting to have vegan options, but I struggled to find anything suitable. Most dishes were cooked in ghee, but the staff were helpful in informing me of this.

I visited this restaurant after seeing it on the app, hoping for a variety of options. However, I found it challenging to find something vegan as they use a lot of Ghee in their cooking. The staff was helpful in letting me know about this.

We ordered a goat curry and a shrimp curry, both of which were delicious. However, the goat curry had a significant amount of bones, making it difficult to eat. The sauce on the goat dish was excellent, as was the cheese naan. The restaurant was quite dimly lit and it appeared as though they were still setting up (boxes visible in a corner, paper napkins, water served in Kirkland bottles). Overall, it was a bit of a strange experience, but it's possible that the restaurant is just getting started. There is real potential here once they get organized. It may be worth revisiting in a few weeks to see if they have ironed out some of the kinks.

We were the only customers at 6 pm reservation and the server seemed surprised to see us. The menu was extensive and varied, but the lack of customers made us wonder how they keep so many items in stock. We ordered a goat curry and a shrimp curry, both of which were delicious.
