"After driving for 8 hours, my husband and I were looking forward to a good meal. Upon entering Jack’s, we admired the beautiful decor, but unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to try the food. We were informed there would be a 20 minute wait for a table. However, after just 10 minutes, the girl at the hostess desk struggled with the buzzer disk. My husband handed it to her and mentioned that I was in the restroom. When I returned, she was still gathering menus and silverware, and despite waiting, she proceeded to seat a man who had just arrived. We waited for her to return, but she did not. Another young lady at the desk assisted a group of 4 customers who had just walked in, informing them of the 20 minute wait and providing them with a buzzer. She then turned to us and asked if we were the ones waiting for a table. When we confirmed, she informed us that our table was no longer available. I mentioned that our table had been given to the other man, but she simply looked at me and began to put us back on the list for another buzzer. Fed up with the poor service, we declined and left. As we walked out the door, I told my husband that I would rather eat fast food than be treated in such a disrespectful manner."

The chicken wings and ribs are fantastic! I just wish the potatoes were fresh and not processed. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal as I watched Saturday college football on one of the many strategically placed digital screens.

I ordered beef tips with grilled vegetables, but everything came out cold and the meat was tough. My husband ordered a salad with barely any toppings, a tough and overcooked filet (which he doubted was even filet), and a lukewarm baked potato. The quality of the food has declined since the restaurant first opened. The service was disappointing. We dined in for lunch.
